I could not cut a potato with this. Wasn’t sharp enough to cut all the way through.
Loved that this is more compact and easy to store but its going to take some time getting used to.

This item is amazing for regular potatoes which I dont eat and horrible for sweet potatoes. I have to be honest I went the cheaper route so I guess the saying is true you pay for what you get. This item will not work on a sweet potato even if it’s small. I almost broke my finger trying to it to work on a sweet potato.
