Clear installation and operating instructions. Worked exactly as advertised on initial power-up. Unlike other instant water heaters can be used with heated inlet water to make it a good add-on when the hot water heater is a significant distance from the faucet.

The device came with a preset maximum temperature of only 100 degrees which cannot be reset by purchaser. Very disappointed how difficult it is to get company to send someone to take care of what should be a very simple process. Not a reflection on Home Depot but the manufacturer.
