Issues with quality control & customer service
The faucet pulls cannot be aligned horizontally. The customer service rep who helped me find it (and was very helpful then) did not respond to my request to remedy this.
This faucet is simply beautiful and looks way more expensive than priced! I cannot wait to have this installed!

This faucet developed a leak after 9 months. The plumber said it cannot be fixed.

I loved the look of this fixture, but I had to return it because the faucet opening did not have a standard size that I could attach to my portable dishwasher. I have a semi-historic house with wall mount kitchen faucets, and while this was a beautiful design, it didn’t work for me.
bought it for a garage sink. Not very functional because neck too small.
Hope to get it installed this week. Looks beautiful, much heavier than I expected.

Modern clean look and very nice. The handles need to be turned in a downward motion to turn on and upwards to turn off. It’s a quarter turn motion. The alternative is to position the handles pointing up in order to have a downward motion to turn faucet on. But, it would look very awkward this way.

Oh YES I absolutely love it!! I love the bronze color and the look. I'm in an 1953 older home with the original kitchen faucet in the wall. So instead of paying for a pricey plummer to update and reroute pipes this way was affordable and a easy transition with a much better look without changing the style of the my kitchen. The handles are easy to use with my arthritis in my hands. My old faucet had knobs and yes I would recommend to others. Very good buy.
