I bought 6 of these for a remodel project. They look great installed and most of them work well, however we have had issues with two of them pretty consistently. The drain stop gets stuck and won't stay up, and there is leaking around the handles. We've had a plumber come out to fix twice... The other 4 faucets have been totally fine though.

Paint is literally chipping off after 1 year?!

Love the faucet looks beautiful in my bathroom. Only complaint is directions are lacking. There is not many steps or labels saying what parts are for what. We had many parts left over that we were unsure if we needed. Along with confusion of how to instal different aspects. Otherwise the faucet is amazing.

Beautiful but leaks

I was very excited about this product and the polished nickel looks and feels great, but have to give it 1 star because the product does not work. I arranged for a plumber to install it and when we tested the water, the hot water leaked out of the left handle. I had to pay to have it uninstalled and then took my personal time to return it. I figured it was defective, so I ordered a new one and the same exact thing happened, this time with a different plumber. Now I'm out of pocket for extra time spent by the plumbers and need to find a new faucet from somewhere else that fits the holes that we had made during the fabrication process of our new bathroom counter.

Gorgeous faucet! Bought it in brushed brass and the color is perfect.. no green or yellow undertones. Remodeling both of my bathrooms with Kingston Brass fixtures, love this brand!

Very good quality. Gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because I had to claim replacement parts the polished nickel plating was not consistent ans the handles were scratched. That box should not have passed quality inspection and be sent to a customer. Wayfair sent me a new kit though, so excellent service!
