Easy to assemble

Overall, this is want I needed! It was exactly as described, though the instructions were a bit difficult to read through. I wish there were ways to order extra shelving without purchasing an entire kit, but otherwise, I now have a closet I can use!

Not a criticism of the product but of Wayfair. Order was cancelled by Wayfair multiple times for no reason. I finally went and bought a different product somewhere else

They will tell you point blank they don't care

Simply stated this is a kit of parts. By definition then individual parts should be available to the consumer. The instructions even call out part numbers for each individual piece.

Transformed my kids closet perfectly! Made it way more functional for my 4 and 6 yr old and now they can reach all their little things

CAUTION! DO NOT BUY! - No replacement parts sold

The house we bought had this system in the closet. Two shelves were not up because the double slot shelf brackets are missing the little plastic connectors that are supposed to clip to the shelf at the back. I called to see if I could get replacement parts (either the little plastic part or the full bracket) so that I could install the remaining two smaller shelves. I called Rubbermaid, and they told me that they do not sell replacement parts for the Deluxe Closet Kit. I would have to buy a whole new kit. Instead, I'm going to rip this crap out of our closet and install real shelves this fall. I would include photos to explain the little plastic clip that is missing from our brackets, but No. 2 below on this review form does not include a link to add photos. It just says, "Add photos/videos (Optional)," but it doesn't work.

Excellent closet organizer

Purchased this and installed last week. Great closet system, easy to install and very solid. Only issues was holes not quite lining up with my studs the way I'd like but more likely a structural issue with whoever built our house, and less about the closet system itself.

Closet racks are great for the money. Lots of shelves and upright racks allowing for many different configurations in the closet

It is quire sturdy and perfect for where I wanted it.

I purchased this closet system for a rental home I own. Looks great and helps organize the closet. Residents loves it!

Very nice solution for organizing closets. The price is very good especially sale price.Take some time to put together but result is very satisfying .
