There are 2 long screws that you need to align the base with. Extremely difficult to do. I spent an hour on it and could only get one side aligned and tightened.

Good value in right-sized 3-socket fixture but needed to purchase longer screws.

Recently replaced two, six-socket chandeliers that already had led bulbs. These three-bulb flush mount fixtures were designed so that the attachment point is the screws at the side of the box and the room with the chandeliers had a ceiling of 5/8 drywall installed over the original boxes. This necessitated a separate purchase of longer screws. If your electrical box is not flush with drywall grab the longer screws before leaving the store.As for light output, these do a fine job replacing the chandeliers. Using 60-watt equivalent smart bulbs and am very happy with the outcome. No more bumping my head and knocking various parts off of the old fixtures.

This fixture is a good basic light that uses standard bulbs. On the “Pro” side the fixture has a heavy glass third globe that emits a very soft even light and casts only a few mild shadows. With three 60 watt “daylight” LED bulbs the fixture put out more and better quality light than the dual bulb circular fluorescent fixture it replaced. On the “Con” side the short ground wire and thick layer of fiberglass insulation made getting the shortish mounting screws into the slotted holes very difficult. Once in the slots and turned to their final position, they had to be tightened very carefully to compress the thick insulation without distorting the thin metal of the fixture’s base. Not fatal but something to watch out for.All in all the fixture was good for the money and I would buy it again. Less

Replaced an old circular florescent type fixture with one with AN LED. unit was reasonably inexpensive. Now I have more illumination with less electrical use.

The first one I bought had a short in it...

The first one I bought had a short in it causing my breaker to trip. My contractor went and replaced it with another and it works perfect now. Dressed up my kitchen.
