Great, could be better!

The tv stand is amazing, perfect color choice, extra storage and really sturdy. It even has holes on the back of cabinets for wires. The fireplace is really comforting especially at night. Never used the heater function. Lighting could be improved with a wider variety of colors. The flame at the back doesn’t change color but the bottom does.

They delivered a damaged product and offered a 60 dollar discount which wasn’t even worth it. I got the delivery expecting a quality delivery when I could have done it my self and would have done a better job.

This fire place entertainment center is amazing! I absolutely love the length and height for our space and to be able to have the lights going but not the actual fire during hot Arizona summers is an amazing feature!

Delayed!

I ordered this item on April 21st and still haven’t received it because the seller is using a 3rd party shipping service by the name of Metropolitan, which apparently isn’t equipped to ship things by the ETA when ordered, which was for May 3rd. I was contacted by the shipping service on May 1st to schedule the delivery for May 13th, 3 weeks from the date it was actually ordered. Ridiculous!

I love it the color changing fire is awesome! And it also came with 2 sets of rocks so you can change the aesthetic of the room whenever you want, It fits my 86 in tv and I’m in love.
