Quality? Where did you go ??

Product quality has DEFINITELY dropped from years past !! I’ve been buying/using Moen products since the mid-1970’s. The failing faucet was replaced so NO COMPLAINTS there.

We replaced our old faucets with Moen units based on past experience with the brand. Our older Moen faucets kept their beautiful shine for 21 years, but we wanted to modernize our bathroom a bit. Installation was easy. Reading the instructions ahead of time helped me avoid mishaps. There were no leaks upon turning the water lines back on. Yureka! We are very happy with the end result and would recommend Moen to anyone. Great quality and great design. What could be better?

Don’t Buy this Faucet

I purchased this Fossett three weeks ago and had it professionally installed. It’s already leaking. I had my professional plumber come back out to examine it, and he indicated that the hot and cold stones need to be replaced. So now I’ve spent over $500 (part & labor) for a new faucet that leaks.

Bought to replace old Moen faucet. Wife very happy, now I’m very happy.

Nice styling, works ok

Unique design looks great. Quality control less than perfect. Taps are not mounted square on the base. Water flow rate is disappointing.

Faucet look and style is modern

Faucet hot and cold valves are very smooth. Because of our mirror frame being so close to the vanity, this faucet is nice and compact design is perfect for our application. Also because of our application the pop up lift rod being in the middle and forward and not in the back behind the faucet also works well for us because the mirror frame is low and 1 1/4 in thick it would tough to lift if it was in the back. Only thing the plastic drain tail piece I think is thin and flimsy and turning the nut to tighten didn’t turn with the threads and distorted a little. compared to Other faucets I have installed. Other than that it’s perfect.

Beautiful and easy to install.

We just installed two of these beauties in our double vanity. Total time-- less than 2 hours!

looks nice, easy to install. aerator does not stop splash, stream is quite small compared with other faucets- lots of pressure but volume not so good.

leaking

Like the look. But we have leaking problems and need to call the plumber back - a little disappointing!
