Not asse certified

We bought 2 of these shower systems in dual shower area and installed the valves and scheduled inspections as usual. The county inspector failed us miserably due the shower system’s valve does not have certification to be on the market. The whole saga forced us to replace already installed valves and try to find last mount replacements which cost us more than thousand dollars in labor and material cost.

I love the look and the style. I order the copper version. The one problem is that the shower handle is the only thing that is a real copper tone, the shower head is more like an oil-rubbed bronze. I really wish the color was more consistently between all the parts I did have a manufacture defect, but Signature hardware was quick to fixt it

Master bathroom

This shower system is just what we were looking for our Master bathroom walk-in shower. Not only is it stylish but also gives a fantastic shower. I am looking forward to using this system for a long time.

Beautiful set

This is a really nice set and clearly an upgrade from what came with the house. When I spoke with the Build.com representative he recommended going with the 10" rain shower head or larger. He was absolutely right. Anything smaller wouldn't have made such an impact. We also love the hand showered. It has plenty of water pressure. Lastly, the polished nickel finish is beautiful.

Beautiful looking and working

This shower system is beautiful and works well. The handheld does come on first then push the button in for the rainfall shower. The hand held works well enough on it’s own to have a great shower. I personally use both.

Rain shower fixture

Haven’t actually used the shower yet since we’ve not moved in but it seems okay. I think the fixture itself was a bit pricy, otherwise they shipped it quickly. There was another piece that is a fitting from the wall to the sprayer that our contractor had to find, it was not included. Looking forward to using the rain head shower.

Nice shower system, installation was very easy. And it looks great!

Be aware of installation issues

after the system was installed, I pressure tested the system, because I found a leak inside The mixing valve leaked when pressure tested. While unsuccessfully trying to order a warranty replacement valve, I stumbled across a one star review. It turns out that when the valve is turned on the water flows to lower outlet, like a tub, rather than up toward the shower head. Push the button, and the water comes out of the shower head. The plumbing must be rerouted to make is work like a shower.

Over all product looks great. Take into account the height you rough in. Because the shower head sticks down farther then anticipated. Have not used it yet.

[Rewarded Review] Low Pressure, poor design

Very poor water pressure due to regulators. Shower head is hollow so when you tilt any direction but straight down, the water doesn't flow out of all holes. Valve for handheld is designed backwards. Handheld comes on first when turning on shower, not shower head. You have to then press the valve to switch them.

This shower setup is very nice - previous reviews helped manage my expectations. The Shower head color is a little on the darker side and other pieces color seems lighter but it still works well with overall color theme.

Stunning shower system

Truly a stunning fixture. I wanted something that looked timeless and classic and this fit the bill. The rain shower is wonderful and so is the hand held attachment.
