The Door came with two parts needed for installation, I have to call the manufacture because the parts wasn't available at Home Depot, so inconvenience and time wasting

Shelbyville customer service is horrible!

Glass is nice, but the only thing I can get. Shipping lost all hardware and customer service can not seem to get it. 7 phone calls, two visits to store, approx 4 hours trying to get information, finally got hold of vendor and they have no record of replacement order. Been told by service reps 3 times manager would be in contact. No contact - call or emails. Ordered 5/18, to date have a piece of glass sitting in family room and a $12 shower curtain to be able to use shower.

insufficient instructions for installation

Instructions were not clear on installing the door jams. There is a right way and wrong way to install the jams but not explained in the instructions or the video on the web site. There is an 1/8" gap between the jam and the edge of the door. Was told by customer support that is the way it is even though I had concerns about water splashing onto the bathroom floor. There were 2 strips of molding with adhesive back included in the box with no reference as to what they were for either in the instructions or the video on the web site. In talking to customer support It was brought up that I could install one of those moldings to help keep the water in the stall. There is also an opening at the top of the the hinge jam, approximately 1" x 2" in size that will allow moisture to get down in there which could cause damage to the walls in the long run. On the positive side the quality of the materials used is good.
