Their hardware is Chinese and cheap. I broke off the heads of a half a dozen of their screws and needed to go to the hardware store to find replacements.

Broken Promises and continued failures.

After months of broken promises for shipping, a complete lack of communication, and the inability of HD to fix the problem with the supplier I gave up. I would never buy this product again. If you choose to deal with Home Depot then only get something in stock. The order system was shockingly poor. There are good people trying hard, but they seem to be powerless against the supplier.

Item was repackaged, and damaged. Jamb bar was labeled incorrectly and damaged (screw holes were stripped out). Screws in screw pack were not labeled correctly. Very disappointed with this item. Payed a lot of money for this disappointing item. I will retract this review if reparations are made. Until then, I cannot recommend this company, or its’ products. 12/20/23.

Quality Glass

Door was great, instructions for installation could be better. Some of the predrilled holes on frame were not aligned and off up to 1/4”.

Quality Shower Door

High quality heavy glass shower door. Great fit for uneven opening. Aquaglide coating is a must have. Keeps the glass crystal clear with proper cleaning (drying). Great fit and finish. Great seals. Highly recommend, if you are looking for high quality and good looking glass shower door.
