Installation is fairly straightforward forward but there could be a better explanation up front on where on the shower threshold the fixed panel should be placed. The unit also requires a metal threshold to be installed after the door is hung and it is difficult to drill with the fixed panel in place, but doable. the weather stripping had to be modified to not interfere with the operable parts which I feel could be better designed.
The product is terrific and looks great!! Ordering it was a bit of a hassle since there was only one rep available so it took longer than it should have. Delivery was absurd. At 250lbs, it was dropped off in our loading dock and we had to get up to the 6th floor. It cost us another $100 to get to our condo!! The installers who contacted us were equally absurd offering anywhere from $500 to $1,000. I won’t use HD again for major purchases!!
This door fit our project perfectly. It installed simply and the provided gaskets and seals are just the right amount of tight. The door feels solid but is still easy to slide without feeling too heavy. Great choice!
Working in 48-51" wide violates building codes
Most building codes require 22" wide door opening. Any opening below 51" will violate that code if you use this door. What an absolute shame this company is okay selling and marketing this door as able to fit in 48"-51"...
Great Solution For A Larger Bathroom
When we gutted our bathroom, we wanted to have an open concept design. We chose this shower door not only because it's beautiful, but because it acts as a large, luxurious partition between the wet and dry parts of the room. We installed a rainfall shower, water jets, infinity drain and a freestanding tub all within the confines of the frameless shower. The black finish looks great too. The fact it's 80" tall created the perfect compliment to our remodeling vision.
Great door without custom prices
Door is quality and looks works as it should. It beats the cost of a custom door. Only complaint on it would be the instructions were rather vague. Otherwise its a really nice addition to the shower.
Great door but leaks
Great quality all around, but there is a design flaw. The sliding door cam for height adjustment doesn’t go low enough. Because of that, water splashes over the square rod and outside of the shower. Fairly frustrating. I’ve verified that the caulking is good, it’s literally just splashing over the rod because the door sits so high.
Very nice shower door
This is a really nice looking shower door. My contractor mentioned how heavy and substantial it was. It's also slightly taller than most other shower doors...gives it a more expensive look. The rollers also work great. My only minor complaint is that I wish the glass didn't have as much of the green tint, but it still looks really good.
shower doors
I am not happy that the doors were put out at the bottom of our driveway bu our mail box. From now on i would greatly appreciate my items to be taken to my house and placed on my porch. I have spent entirely to much money with you all to bee three under the bus now. I recomend the product but i dont want it thrown out just anywhere because who ever delivered it apparently was to lazy to take it to my house.

This shower door is well made and looks great. The 80” height worked well with our 9’ ceiling and, more importantly, the support bar is only a few inches below the top of the glass which allows tall people to walk in without hitting their heads. We hired an installer to put it in, which took about three hours. Our walls were slightly out of plumb, but the hardware was easily able to adjust to that. Overall a great door! Am buying another in black for a second bathroom remodel.
Great door even in fiberglass enclosure
Wanted a higher end shower door for our fiberglass enclosure. This door fit the bill. The side channel and horizontal support bar are anchored in wood blocking behind the fiberglass. That blocking is a must have. I used a bore scope to verify blocking locations. Channel and support bar are anchored with 3" - #10 stainless screws. The only real installation issue was where the vertical channel meets the horizontal base as it has a 5/8 radius. The channel can be filed to fit. Also the other bar underneath the sliding part can be filed and caulked. I installed this myself, but beware the glass panels are heavy, maybe 60lbs each. I bought glass suction cups to help with the install. The hardest part was hanging the sliding panel as it mounts from the inside of the shower, so needs to be tilted under the bar and they hung on the bat. Needed my teenage son to help with this part. I appreciated that every piece of hardware was adjustable and very high quality.

High quality design and materials, the frameless shower sliding door will give any 'well' tiled shower that fine home atmosphere look and feel. To properly install this door safely, this definitely requires two healthy men. Also if you're not sure of your workmanship or safety, hire qualified insured and bonded specialist who do this for a living. It is well worth the money to do so.

Just had the 1st of two doors installed. Installation is "not for the faint of heart" (best to use someone with experience) but the outcome looks impressive. Beautiful result and a minimalist profile. I do have some reservations about how effective the silicone strips will be (they do not look like they are designed to prevent leakage, only deflect water) but time will tell if my concerns are warranted. Before trying to install the door yourself, I suggest that you watch a video of the process (available on You tube).

We replaced our bathtub with a curb-less, walk-in shower. This was the last piece of the do-over, and the sliding door and fixed panel works great for our shower. It looks great, and the very heavy door opens and closes effortlessly and very quietly. Since our shower is curb-less, the fixed panel rests directly on the tiled floor. We chose to place the middle of the 3/8" thick panel on the grout line between the bathroom floor tiles and the shower floor tiles. This meant that the door panel is mounted above the sloping shower floor (about 2" from the shower floor edge), and that any water running off the door is always directed to the shower drain. Since the shower head is not aimed at this end of the shower and relatively little water hits the door, we did not need to use the threshold which made our shower truly curb-less. We also ended the shower wall tiles so that the face of the Schluter strip that we used to finish the edge of the wall tiles was 3/16" beyond the middle of the same grout line that separated the shower floor tiles and the bathroom floor tiles. This allowed the chrome wall bracket for the fixed panel to be mounted on the edge of the shower wall tile and align flush with the chrome Schluter strip. One side of the fixed panel wall bracket was flush with the Schluter strip and the other side was on the shower wall tile resulting in a very clean look. Since the 3" overlap of the closed door and the fixed panel was sufficient to stop leakage, we did not need to use the clear, plastic seals between the door and panel. We ended up with a very clean looking installation. Two slight cons with the door - the glass does have a green tint to it which distorts the color of the shower walls slightly, and the door handle's square-ness does not complement the other hardware in our bathroom. It's okay, but did I email their customer service if there was other door hardware available for purchase. I never got a response. We've been using it about a month now and very pleased with it. Worth the price.

This door is PERFECT. Heavy duty glass and yes - heavy. Nice and quiet when opening and closing. Tall enough to keep the water from coming over the top. The plastic guards also help keep the water from coming out in-between the doors where they meet. The bold black barn door hinge sets it off perfectly. Glad we chose this door.

The glass shower door was relatively easy to install with 2 people. The glass panels weigh about 100 pounds each so not a project for one person. It looks very nice installed in the new bathroom. One feature I really like over smoother brands is the height of the opening. This door has an overall height of 80 inches while some others are only 74 inches. Taller users may have to duck their heads to avoid hitting the bar supporting the sliding door. The instructions were easy to understand.

This is a high-end product; glass thickness and finish quality is premium. Looks great; being tall, I love not ducking under the top rail. Be careful to inspect if ship-to-store however; the packaging had been breeched/stepped on (really, its a glass shower door), but the manufactures packaging protected the contents.
