Not at all happy!

These are extremely low quality. they say indoor/outdoor...i have them outside, and everytime the wind blows, they fall. they also do not have any end stops at the tops of the blinds, so the wind also has the blinds sliding right out of the holder at the top. The hanging gadgets that came with the blinds, so that you can adjust the height of them, is so hard to use...it is pointless.

Regarding Eclipse roll up shades I ordered on May 10, 2024 Wayfair.ca Order #4240424206 I have had them rolled up on my deck since I received them. At first I thought they looked great, however when I unrolled one today the bottom of it has deteriorated a lot as the photo shows. I am not able to repair this.

The blinds are cheap so didn't expect a lot. But the cloth strap fasteners which adjust height disintegrated in two seasons. No contact info for the company to purchase a different fastener. I reached out to Wayfair, which did nothing. They said - out of warranty. I bought a whole porch (10'x20') worth of these blinds. Now I'm looking for fasteners but don't know where to go. Buyer beware.

Beware of connectors, too small.

I love the actual blinds, but the piece that you use to keep them rolled up was too small. I had to cut them and add elastic so I could get them around the blind. Also, instructions said to hook them to the string, if a person kept on doing this, the string would break, and you would be buying a new blind. My suggestion is to hook them to the other half of the connector.

DO NOT order these blinds! While they have a nice appearance, they are VERY poorly constructed! They come “wrapped” in the thinnest cellophane which may be from open as it was on one of mine . 48 hours of hanging mine ( and I was thrilled with the way they looked) 2 of the four blinds completely separated from their housing and were detached and hanging. I had to manually use zip ties to reattach the blind portion to its upper valance to keep them from falling out. When I asked for a replacement, I sent a photo of the problem and an incorrect replacement blind was sent and the best Wayfair would offer for all of the hassle, wanting me to “BOX” them up for return..there are no boxes this large..and Said they’d issue a 10% credit for keeping a defective product! NOT using Wayfair again .

These are great shades. I bought them for a screened in porch. I was always missing the smallest one. Now that I bought all four. The porch is so much cooler. An added plus, more privacy from people walking in the neighborhood. So happy these were available. I’m am over the moon with this purchase.

Great blinds but hassle to lower and raise

The blinds are great. They are cords,so if you want to leave them half way down, like we do on our pool deck, you have to put the hooks in, then take them out to move them. So, they are going to tear much easier and they are a pain to get out. We would much prefer the cord, but they are getting harder to find. Not a very good change.

We bought 2 of these for the front of our pergola. One of them was slightly damaged from shipping. Shades were very easy to install and look nice, but are already sustaining damage from us raising and lowering them. The little clips aren't the easiest to use, and the slats are hollow- making them really easy to crush and crack. Even with us trying to be super careful with them! We have only had them up for about 2 weeks. Would have been much better with cords, or if the slats were solid instead of hollow.... Or made of a stronger/thicker material. We're going to try to find a better way to roll them up and secure them until we are able to buy something different.

For use on summer porch these blinds worked for me....

For use on summer porch these blinds worked for me. However the mechanism to adjust height is ridiculous at best. I used grosgrain ribbon to secure the desired position of the blinds. I tied the ribbons to the installation hooks (twice the length of the desired blind length plus about 12inches to tie a bow) so that half the ribbon was at the back of the blind and half was in front. Rolled shade to length and tied a bow to secure. Used three ties on 72 inch blind. Also cut blind rails with a hacksaw and slats with scissors. Very easy.

A perfect roll-up shade for an outdoor window that gives intense light into a small laundry room. There is no outside overhang (adobe flat roof house) so the rain will come straight down. The size is right, width with a controllable length. Great to have 3 hooks for weight and balance. This sold out months ago, and was worth the wait! I selected the lighter shade that is a combo of colors, but from a distance, it works just fine without being an obvious contrast. Now we are losing the sun with Fall weather changes, but we will be ready for next year!
