Unit did not cool room even though it was constantly on for at least 8 hours.

The quality is good and almost no efforts to assemble. One thing, the amount of drain water looks too much.

It worked for a little while, but then every 10 minutes it through hot air, so i returned it for a window air conditioner.

It’s cools one room adequately

My kitchen and living room are an open floor plan. It’s set up in the living room and that room is very comfortable. Almost freezing if you sit very close and have it on its coolest setting. But it doesn’t extend to the kitchen and my house is a small New England home. It works well for one room so don’t expect the effects of central air. I ordered others and returned because the compartments from ac to window never stay in. This one was designed well and comes with ever needed to install. I’m happy with my purchase.

[Rewarded Review] Easy to assembly, EER of 6.7

What I love about this unit is how easy it was to install. All the parts fit together very well and better than the last portable AC unit that I had. At 50 pounds in weight, I felt it was something that I could lift and assemble myself. The complaint that I have is that the instructions made no mention of where to put the screw. Fortunately it seemed obvious after staring at it for a bit, but I like it so much more when the instructions are complete and clear. The second complaint would be the energy efficiency rating being 6.7, which is considered very poor. I didn't check into this before I purchased because my plan is to use this only overnight in my bedroom. So I will be running it for about 7 hours during the two hottest months of the summer. I don't feel like the EER rating will break my bank. If you plan on using this for a daytime room that could up to 16 hours of use per day, this would be a horrible choice. As far as performance goes, I'm giving my review before actually running it overnight. It appears to be working good and I have confidence that it will perform well. I trust the Costway name. [Rewarded Review] Compact and strong

I ordered this AC for our living room when my other one broke. It has been great at cooling down our living and dining room. Its a great compact size and super strong, cools quickly. Thinking about ordering another one for the bedroom, because it was such a great price!!

left refusal letter for this item since it could not be canceled 5 hours after order was placed spoke with seller walmart numberous times told to refuse as I did but it was left anyway it's rall as me and wt.s as much I'm 72 female can't do anything with this thing notified fedex got girl that barely spoke english have no idea what she said they will do box is all banged up probably broken Never buy from Walmart marketplace this was not as described and can't be returned I am out 279.00!

Iv had numerous problems w the window kit.3rd day trying to jury-rig it. Iv called the # fr support 2x. No tech support. They said i needed to e-mail. So i did w model # & specific details but hv nvr received any response. Fr this price i shouldn't hv to UGLY DUCKTAPE ALL OVR THE WINDOW & MACHINE!! BEWARE..U CAN'T EXTEND THE EXHAUST TUBE EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS ITS ABT 4-5FT.!

Easy to assemble and start using

It does work however I wouldn't recommend purchasing this. I ended up slicing my thumb when trying to connect the plastic tube. It's also the loudest AC I have ever owned, I can't even have it running at night because it keeps me up. Really regret this purchase.

Cools great

This portable air conditioner is compact and does a good job cooling in the room size it’s recommended for. My only issue with it is that it doesn’t show the current temperature in the room. My previous air conditioner showed the temperature of the room instead of the temperature. I had set once the display cleared after I set the temperature. Otherwise it does a great job. That’s the only reason that lost one star.

I loved this unit. It helped me out of a bad situation this summer. It kept my living area cool when my central air went out.

This portable air conditioner is a fantastic value for the price. It cools, dehumidifies, and works like a charm. The compact size is perfect for smaller spaces and the quality is excellent. It has made a noticeable difference in keeping my room comfortable during hot days. Highly recommend!
