Seems to work very well. Like the AQ monitor on the device. Very quiet on auto mode. Will give it a 10/10 rating pending my first attempted filter replacement order…..ie, how long will filter actuallyHigh-quality filtration, last and at what price for replacement filter?

My ten-year-old air purifier works great and does well with simple filter cleaning maintenance every six months. It is a Blueair brand.

The reason i chose such an expensive model was the promise of a pure air fan with proof of purchase. This was impossible to get so in all it would seem a very very expensive rip off. The air purifier is average to say the least and would never have spent so much money on it without the offer added, i would have sent it back but as you are made to wait so long for the promised offer it wasn't possible. this was for a very sick man and i could have bought much cheaper, shameful!!!

It was a bit expensive but wanted a HEPA Filter that would cover a large 40x20 foot family room. Since getting this we feel more comfortable when our family visits who are vaccinated and tested before coming to visit their Grandparents. It has kept dust down and cooking smells fish are no longer a problem the next day. Easy for a 70 and 80 year old grandparents to move around and the app on the phone was helpful regards to how it is working and when to replace! If we could afford it we would get one for upstairs.

I bought it a few weeks ago. I live in a polluted area, in particular along a street with heavy traffic. Once on, it immediately revealed the high level of pollutants and started working at its highest speed. You can definitely feel the difference once the air has been cleaned.

Setup was fairly simple although the detailed setup instructions dont indicate the exterior wrapping for the air filter has to be removed it ships already installed.There was a tab sticking out of the device indicating the wrapping needed to be removed -- but the instructions including the quick guide just say to plug it in and turn it on.The physical device interface and the interface on the app are complex as a lot of real time and historical usage data is displayed. Many weeks later Im still somewhat confused.When opening the app and looking at the device data log there is a long pause for the data to refresh and display. Until you learn to wait for the refresh, you might not see accurate real time data.The device monitors air quality and then automatically sets the fan speed. The fan speed impacts how fast the filter is used up. Running the filter for 5 minutes on high speed fan max speed used 1%of the filter life. Allowing the device to Auto set the fan speed results a much longer life expectancy of the filter.The filter runs very silently and auto sets the fan speed based on real time sensor data. For example of located near a kitchen it will detect when youre cooking and run the fan art a higher speed until the air is cleaner.I use the app on an Android 6 Pro

I wanted to wait a while before leaving my review. I'm glad I did as fallen in love with it. Firstly it's so stylish, fits in easily. It's not huge but it's large enough to more than effectively do the job. How quiet it is multiple times got me questioning was it working correctly and wow it was. That was huge for me as I have tinnitus and at times secondary noise can interfere with hearing people speak,..not a problem with this. Its easy to learn how to use. I fully read the instructions and watched a few videos but feel you could get this up and running quickly and as you want to tweet things catch up in depth on the instructions then which is great not everyone had time to read loads of material. The functions are vast and until you have gone through the instructions a little bewildering but I found after one read it grasped it all and van now work it with ease. The app is good but temperamental at times but cools to see how it's doing. After a month of use I can genuinely say it's made a difference. I have a genetic lung disease plus acute ensophilic asthma so my chest is easily set off by pathogens. I truly believe this has helped especially with coughs and colds,. I also think my plants like it too! Our cat still gives it the stare or two but my kids think it's helped them sleep better,..they feel the air in their bedrooms is less 'musty' which after nearly two years shielding that isn't a bad thing when they are preteens between boy smells and girls body sprays the air needed a helping hand. My chest is set off less. The filters appear simple so far not needed to change but can tell it will be a doddle. With covid-19 and the stronger flu coronaviruses we will be getting this year I am relieved this now lives with us. It definitely will help us through the snotty winter months and by spring be clearing that irritating pollen out of the air. Its a large expense but when you sum up what it does and the benefits it really is a sound investment for the family. Air quality is so important and if we can improve it in anyway then this price tag in retrospect is small. You spend 3 to 4 times this to get fresh air on holiday for 14 days so why not less for constant great air quality at home? Highly recommend,..give it a name and welcome it into your family.

I bought this after putting up with a month of smoke from the California fires leaking into my home. The reviews said it is very quiet and they are correct. Not a problem to run it all night, although it has a very bright display light that can probably be turned off - just havent tried very hard. Great and very effective product - clears the air in my large open plan main floor quickly.

This is one item in my house I never knew I needed until it was here. First off my whole house hold feels more at ease if we have visitors indoor after COVID has affected every household. They feel safer and you can’t put a price on that. Second this product is so simple to use it’s super quiet it’s looks good in the house not some eyesore . Nice touch screen features easy to wipe clean.The filters are so easy to replace if needed it’s amazing . My only grumble is it’s advertised with Alexa compatibility but kept telling me the app or supported button wasn’t available in the UK . It’s not the end of the world obviously but when something says it’s has a feature you want it to work

what a fantastic product was rather suprised when it was delivered its massive and heavy. was easy to set up. i have 4 children and me and my partner smoke although we smoke outside away from the children ut when they all abed we have the od smoke in the house and its fantastic makes a complete difference. my daughter and partner both have allergies and since using its made a big difference, im really suprised of the difference it has made i am amazed its a fantastic item and recommend every house should have 1. thank you its brilliant

Amazing gadget! If only I knew about this product years ago. It helps purify the air to make it more cleaner from all the dust, odours and pollen. Myself and family members suffer from really bad hayfever so when I received this I was really excited to see if it would help me. And it has! It’s very silent. Can control from your phone which makes it very easy to use. You’ll be able to tell in a week what difference it does to your health. It’s an amazing piece of gadget. This is one of the best products ever. Because we have a son with allergies it's very important to have a clean and fresh air in our property and this air purifier is just incredible. It is very very quick and it cleans the air in so many good ways. It is amazing to have it now and it's such a great help for our son and he has a better quality sleep now,he can breath better so I can't recommend it enough. On top of that it looks amazing too. Such a great design, not to heavy and it has a wheels at the back so You don't have to carry it just use the wheels if You need to move it and it's very quite too so you don't have to worry about the noice. You can control it using the app ,it makes it much easier to use . How amazing is that?

I learned about this high-tech air filter from Consumers Reports. I bought it in anticipation of bad air from fires in northern California. In its first test from infiltrating outside smoke from wildfires, it did its job. When I saw the our inside air becoming more polluted, I tripled the fan speed. Soon the interior air quality readings improved even as the outside readings became worse. One quirk is that the pollution readings seem to over-respond to anything we cook the filter is in our dining room.

There are two dogs in my house, So sometimes it smells bad at home. And it really helps get the stale smell out of my house. The pollen season will come in two months, My wife is allergic to pollen. Our family badly needs an air purifier. We used to buy a cheap one. Its no useful at all. My friend recommended it to me,she said you would not regret it. In fact, its really good. Smart Control System,you can control your homes purifier everywhere. Pretty powerful, Can be served in the large place. You see what is best for you and remember what you pay for,do not buy cheap one. We are loving this unit!

I got this mostly for cooking odor because I have an open kitchen and I love to stir fry stuff, and my range is not powerful enough to get rid of most of the odor. I tried numerous other air purifiers without much success, so I only have small expectation for this since the flow rate is much higher than the others I have. Boy was I disappointed at the result, it worked marginally better than my Rabbit Air and worse than the Coway, I was ready to pack it back up and return it for an 800 unit that cannot perform better than a 300 one.However my friend came by and told me to place this purifier away from the kitchen where the odor is, and put it in my living room facing the kitchen instead, pretty much against the convention of where to place an air purifier, oh boy did it make a difference. The kitchen still smell to high heaven when I stir fry my food, but the odor got cleaned up in less than 10 minutes in both kitchen and living room then I placed the Coway and Rabbit Air at the same location, they perform much much worse than before.So for this air purifier, the optimal placement seems to be open space instead of where the source of the odor.

The product is beautifully designed and easy to operate. However, a crucial feature is defective--the air quality sensor repeatedly rises to Red, even when there is no change in air quality. I know that it is defective, because when I unplug the device and plug it back in, the sensor turns Green. Blueair at first responded to my query, suggestingI clean the sensor with compressed air, but this changed nothing. Since then, Blueair has not answered my request for a replacement.UPDATE: Blueair has just responded to my request, and are shipping me a new unit, plus a shipping label to return the first unit. This is much better service than many suppliers provide.

Setup was easy. Scanned the QR code and downloaded the App. Detected the purifier and connected. Easy process imoIm usually not a fan of downloading App after App after App but for this purifier, you HAVE to do it. All the controls are there on the App such as fan speed, auto setting and the option to turn the LED on or off useful if its close to a bed, you cant do this using the buttons on the purifier. The App also provides you info on humidity and temperature and also pollution in the room if any. It does give you the life left on your filter too. I do believe that they have to spend more time on the App, needs some polish.You get most of the information either from the App or from the small LCD display on top of the purifier. The buttons below the LCD are the controls and all of them are touch sensitive.Theres a nice cool light bar below the control buttons that changes color based on the quality of the air blue is good, red is badIt should be noted that it does not work with the Google Assistant and only works with Alexa, I did try several methods and it just doesnt work with Google.It is relatively quiet. Ive tested several different models of air purifiers and this one is one of the most quiet ones. Specifications say this is between 25 and 50 DB. When loudest, the level of sound is like when the fan is working quietly in a small bathroom. Nothing major and noticeable specially if its at a corner of a room.The air change speed and the purification capacity is one of the highest in the market based on specifications. Theres no way I can verify their claims of removing 99.9 percent of stuff in the air but it has to be said that this purifier is really well made and high quality. When you take the filter out to clean it, you immediately notice how much bad stuff was in your air that this device collected.What I like most about this purifier is the look of it. It really looks nice and fancy and the finish is amazing. It is a bit taller than some other.

Having been a Blueair user for several years and having various different models from their range including the 270e, 280i, 480i each time the product got a little better and so, now with the HealthProtect I expected more.

I totally love this product. I have found that once you EXPLORE what it can do, then the negatives that are found in other reviews are solvable.True the fan has 3 speeds and low medium and high are constant. But if you control the fan from the app, you can set it an anywhere from 1% to 100%, now you will find the right setting for you. On to the light. Yes, it is bright and for most people, having it on during the day time is not a problem. But during your sleep? Well, in the app it does have a brightness adjustment. Use the schedule options. The trick here is to stop and start new schedules 1 minute apart. Mine is set to start at 5:01 am at speed of 2 with minimal brightness and end this schedule at 7:30. Next schedule starts at 7:31 and unit is set to run on auto with full brightness. This continues throughout the day...you get the picture. So far the air has never been cleaner, it works! We have or will have 3, just ordered the 2nd 7770i. I have the 7470i in our master bedroom and the 7770i in the large family room/kitchen area. however, at the front of the house is a 180sqft bedroom and a bonus room adjacent. Will be moving the 7470i there and upgrading the master to the new 7770i that is on its way! Our master is large and including the master bath and walk in closet over 400 sq ft.
