I absolutely love my new electric fireplace!The flames look so realistic, and I can easily adjust the brightness. Installation was a breeze, and it fits perfectly on my wall. Highly recommend!

I really was trying to avoid a review because I was not happy with it at all and the shipping cost prevented me from returning it and getting my money back logs don't stack up correctly in the fireplace and if you spread a lengthwise it looks ridiculous. It's not what I expected I'm not happy with it and I probably would never order from this company again unless perhaps they can make it right

Don’t waste your money

Looks great but does not work great. Has a terrible loud buzzing sound when used in light mode. Makes it completely unusable.

Heater looks great. I put it on to a lower shelf of an antique serving table. It fills the space nicely. I do nt feel the heat coming out however.

We use it for decor, the lights look nice but its obviously not a real flame which is fine for us but still looks decent. The heating feature is fairly weak so we don't intent on using it.

Affordable fireplace, easy to hang. Changed logs to gravel display, looks even better. Small storage issue. Adjusted height, looks perfect. No sound, but heater works well. Nice addition to room.
