Humidifier is great for my basement

Great Unit.

This Dehumidifier appears to be a very reliable unit. It is a small compact design, but did not take very long to notice a difference in the humidity level in my basement, after a short period of time. It is very user friendly, basically plug it in and walk away. The water reservoir might be a little small, but overall I am pleased with the unit.

Working as advertised

While it is small and efficient, the included hose is not a standard dehumidifier size, making it unusable in my workshop that needs to drain out of a built in hose in the wall. I found a use for it in a basement bathroom and it drains into the bathtub well. If I had to do it again, I would spend the money to buy a better model.

It do not work

It's small and nice and quiet. However, the instructions for the controls are confusing. Tried to register for the warranty but the order number they ask you to enter only works if you ordered from Costway. Then you have to waste time with a Costway customer service rep to get them to give you a Costway order number that you can register.

[Rewarded Review] Performed beyond expectations !

As with all these devices that contain some form or refrigerant, I waited a couple of days before using, storing it in an upright position. Then activated it my garage and in four hours it removed more than two pints of moisture (humidity) and dropped the humidity level fifty percent. Overall. amazing performance !
