We've had the fan up for a few years and it's a life saver in the summer. I'm a light sleeper and find it to be pretty quiet. Only wish we could have gotten white blades instead of the grey.

The representative who assisted me matched me with the wrong item and is deducting over 23.00 because I’m returning it. I can’t use it, it is too big. A refund of 13.87 is what they want to refund me when I’m sending it back still in the exact same box. I paid 33.76 for this wrong item. Waisted my time. I should be getting paid instead. High-quality brushed nickel downrod that was perfect with the Fitchett ceiling fans. The agent with whom I spoke ensured that the length and diameter of the downrod was exactly that needed to match the fan.

Took some hunting to find this (even when using Wayfair Customer Service) but once we found it, it installed perfectly with the fan we bought.

I first brought a 36 inch rod that was too long. I had to re-order the 24 inch which is just right. I love this one.

We used this to lower the ceiling fan that we ordered at the same time. The brushed nickel extension rod is a perfect match to the fan and looks great!

Was hoping this was the same gold as the hunter Hepburn fan but it isn’t. Called hunter and they apparently don’t make a downrod for that specific color which is ridiculous.

Bought to replace the short downrod that came with a new (discontinued) antique pewter fan. Brushed finish texture on the original doesn’t quite match the spray painted texture of this one, but the color is a match so it will work. In a 17 foot ceiling I doubt anybody will notice anyway.

Exactly what I needed. 12” matte black downrod matched perfectly to Hunter matte black fan. Easy install.

Matches our fan seamlessly and is perfect for our needs. At first, I was worried that the fan would vibrate with the added length but it is completely stable and sturdy. It was perfect!

Packaging wasn't the best. Have had to order a few of these to get the correct one and the way it was packaged was the worst. Was wrapped in plastic and then a thin layer of cardboard paper, like a paper sack. Had a few scrapes on it because of this but is in taller ceilings so you can't tell the damaged areas. Shipping was delayed also. Works for what we needed though.

Not a Casablanca rod

This is not a Casablanca rod. Its a Hunter. It fits but the color is wrong. Casablanca does not have long down rods. Your site says it does. The information is wrong.
