Arrived bent. Caused a ln expensive delay, as I had rented the extra huge ladder for installation. Unwrapping the downrod we discovered it was bent and would not work if installed. Lost out on the ladder rental and had to reschedule the whole effort. Waste of time and money.

Worked perfectly to assist with my vaulted ceiling option.

We've had the fan up for a few years and it's a life saver in the summer. I'm a light sleeper and find it to be pretty quiet. Only wish we could have gotten white blades instead of the grey.

Hunter Apex II 52” Ceiling Fan

Very quiet and extremely attractive fan. The only downside is that to reverse the fan, you have to remove the bottom housing; difficult in our case as the fan hangs from a 14 ft ceiling. However, we still rate it 5 stars!!

Used in order to extend my new ceiling fan in conjunction with the embrey sloped ceiling fan cap and rod. My ceilings are cathedral so I needed a little longer drop for the fan. Highly recommend.

The representative who assisted me matched me with the wrong item and is deducting over 23.00 because I’m returning it. I can’t use it, it is too big. A refund of 13.87 is what they want to refund me when I’m sending it back still in the exact same box. I paid 33.76 for this wrong item. Waisted my time. I should be getting paid instead. Bad business Mr Ben.

High-quality brushed nickel downrod that was perfect with the Fitchett ceiling fans. The agent with whom I spoke ensured that the length and diameter of the downrod was exactly that needed to match the fan.

Took some hunting to find this (even when using Wayfair Customer Service) but once we found it, it installed perfectly with the fan we bought.

I first brought a 36 inch rod that was too long. I had to re-order the 24 inch which is just right. I love this one.

I had to return this down rod because my husband found one at a hardware store. It was exactly what we needed though.

WOW! I love my new fans!

I just had two of these fans installed to replace my 25 year-old ceiling fans in two bedrooms. What a difference! The new fans are beautiful to look at, super quiet, able to move more air, have more speed options and I can even control them from my iPad of phone. Brilliant!

DID YOU KNOW but when a piece of downrod pipe physically measures 1 its labeled by the industry (for some reason) as 34 No Well, neither did I. And neither do the account or sales reps at Wayfair! and neither do the manufacturers...

We ordered this down rod for a dining room fixture we purchased from Wayfair.

rod is ok but couldn't return it. building house and the time period was up on the return.

I could not find the color and length rod in my local stores. This item delivered quickly and fit my requirements.
