Replaced the carpet in my last bedroom with 220 sqft. Very little waste.

The Bruce American Treasure Country Hickory real hardwood floor was exactly as described, looked very nice, the quality is excellent. I had close to 1000sf delivered by Home Depot and everything went great on the delivery except it came a day later than originally stated. Home Depot did email me as to the delay ahead of time.

ordered twice, returned twice

We purchased 800 sq ft of this floor and had it delivered. It sat in our empty living room during a remodel to acclimate to our home. Two weeks later the workers went to install it and it was warped. Many pieces were banana shaped on the flat plane and others were warped side to side making it impossible to connect with the tongue and groove without major gaps. They went through three boxes and most of the pieces were like this. They worked all day and were only able to install a small section and it looked terrible. Us and our contractor had them stop and pull up what they had already installed. They returned it and we received a discount for the next order with a different batch number. The discount helped for the expense of paying the installers to try to put it in, then rip it out and return

A lot of wood was warped

Incredible value. Beautiful variation. Little warp on longer boards, but nothing that wasn't usable.

We have purchased this flooring over the last year do do the floors in our whole house one room at a time. In that time, the price has gone up $2.00 per square foot and the quality seems to be going down. The last order had more bad pieces, including cracks, chips, and poorly milled edges. We love this flooring but have been disappointed over the time it has taken us to complete the project.

Product match well with existing floor.

Floor turned out great. Product has a great selection of light and dark wood. Very little junk boards. Been down for a week and it looks great.

Quality

This floor is just medium quality. Some ends are not square or have been routed to thin. There are maybe two to four long pieces in a box and not all boxes. I bought 20 boxes and I have at least 3 boxes left over of pieces one to three feet long. Way too many short pieces. Hard to avoid getting seams away from each other. If your looking for quality, do not buy this flooring.

DIY install - very satisfied

I've never installed flooring before. I purchased all of the required tools and just went for it - and it's coming along great! I'm really impressed with the product. I would estimate 5% waste from the work, and maybe 3% waste due to defective pieces/sections which I think is very reasonable. Finish is great, length selection is great, and the grain variance is great. Great all around! The price was excellent too.

The quality was lacking. Some of the boards were a 1/16 of an in to wide and un useable. Others had the tongue and groove of set which lead to an uneven top. Board edges sticking up. And way to many short pieces!

25% of planks have problems

I installed solid hardwood floors before. This is so far the worst. It looks nice, but has so many problems. Banana shape planks, missing tongs… such a rough mill cut. Will not recommend. I’m ripping all out and replacing with something else. Total garbage.
