[Rewarded Review] Instructions omitted

Just took it out of the box. Read the whole little booklet cover to cover. Says dont operate without water, BUT NO WHERE!! IN IT TELLS YOU WHERE THE WATER GOES. And now im reading reviews people cant find filters.. going back n box and back to Aetna Benefits

poor suction

i was excited when it arrived. then suddenly after a few hours, i don't even know if it's effective to suck in dust

It truly filters the air.

It is quite and clean running. I really works, no more Oder in my room.

Item didn't come from store but some random delivery company from some other company. Took a long time to find as it wasn't delivered correctly & there wasn't any support

Works Okay, But Replacement Filters Unavailable

I would rate this air purifier more highly if not for the fact that there always seem to be shipping or re-stocking delays for the replaceable filters inside the machine, and I feel as though I can never get "Replace Air Filter" off my to-do list (I've been trying for six months). As the filters are *the main* part of the product that makes the product useful to you, the consumer, I feel it is right to factor them into a holistic review of this air purifier (much like you would factor in printer ink value in shopping for a printer). If I were able to fully utilize this product to its maximum potential (i.e., with clean air filters), I would probably rate it a 2 or 3 out of 5 stars. It's a little machine that works its best to get the job done, but will frankly be out-classed by other mid-range air purifiers for small- to medium-sized rooms (I have a different brand that I like much more, but will refrain from mentioning it here, per Crane's "guidelines"). The sides of this air purifier are a bit flimsy and never seem to sit right once you put the filters in and start up the machine, and when you pick it up to move it elsewhere, it feels like one wrong shift in balancing its weight will send all the removable parts of the machine flying. All-in-all, if you don't mind waiting 6 months to be offered *the chance* at buying replacement filters, or the fact that the whole machine feels unstable, then by all means try this product. I just think you'll find that the overall time cost to maintain your machine is too steep for what's supposed to be a small, easy to use gadget. There are plenty of alternatives that help with allergies, always have air filters in stock, and do not break the bank or feel like they'll fall apart in your hands--I think your time and money are better spent elsewhere (especially because you may get as frustrated as I am with the lack of air filter replacements and buy a new air filter altogether, spending money on this as well as one from a different brand instead of buying just one air purifier and being done with it). I wanted to love this machine, because it's frankly cute and straightforward, but the time and energy it takes to track down replacement filters is too much for what it is. That being said, I'll probably try to get air filters one more time before giving up entirely and choose between sending this to electronic recycling or gift it to someone who has more time than I do to use this product.

Died after year and a half.

I purchased 2, one for my bedroom and one for the second bedroom. Both are dead in about 18 months, I tried to hold the power button to reset, does not work. Would not recommend this item.

Not a quality product that will last.

This will maybe last a year. If you're lucky it will die when you still have warranty. Two years ago I bought one, and it died within a year, so I got a replacement through warranty. I bought another one at the same time because I figured it was a fluke but a little over a year later (and past the warranty date of course) and they're both dead! I'm disappointed and wish I invested in a higher quality product.

Love this!

We love this purchase! You can literally smell the difference walking into the room that the purifier is in. It smells like so much cleaner and easier to breathe. We are in Tennessee with lots of allergies plus having a lab that sheds; this makes our home much cleaner and freer.

Fan Died

Loved this air purifier but 2 years later the fan quit. I am not sure why, but the power went out and next thing I knew it quit. Unplugged it, put it back in, dead!! Might try another one though, as I really liked it.

product didn't work

The product did not work--the fan wouldn't move when I turned it on. Only the lights went on, indicating that the unit was getting electricity. It just didn't do what it was advertised to do.

Not sure how well this works yet, but easy to assemble and very quiet.....

Fan broke after one year of use

I bought this in August of 2022 and did not use it until October 2022. By October 2023 the Unit would turn on but the fan does not start up, which renders it useless. Customer service does not replace if it has been longer than 1 year since the purchase date and suggested I purchase it again....... These should absolutely last longer than a year. No thank you, I will not be repurchasing this every year when it breaks.

This air purifier met my expectations and more. I’m using it a room to purify roughly 560 square ft and it has done an excellent job

AQI 500 Added a Office Crane

Eugene Oregon, 🔥 cause AQI above 500 Very scary! I went online to add a third air purifier. This one sits next to me. As I work in my office period gives me peace of mind period

Flimsy and not a strong air flow

Great product

Could tell a difference in air quality within hours of turning it on. Quiet, non intrusive. Have used it one week now.

Live in a small apartment with a short hair dog...we both used to sneeze alot but the air purifiers really help

Crane air purifier is great, whisper quiet in a bedroom while sleeping. Three settings make it perfect for any room. Got it to use in a pet household to help control pet dander and it works like a charm. Easy filter replacement and the it comes with filters that last a long time. Would highly recommend.

We bought this for our kitchen counter after reading all the articles about gas stove fumes. Now we turn this on during and after cooking. It's very quiet and doesn't take up much room. We're having a baby soon and will probably buy for their room since it is so quiet.
