Junk!

if not had these that long and they have never ever seen the dishwasher, they have also never ever seen over medium high heat, yet these cheap pieces of trash start bubbling up and peeling on the bottom.

Expensive worst cookware I ever purchased.

You can not fry in the skillets. Even on low heat, it sticks. Could not get black places off no matter how I tried. Small skillet, I noticed 2 scratches and yellow discoloration in bottom after I used it one time. I only have plastic and wood utensils for cooking. Have always used nonstick, coated cookware. Waste of alot of money.

Cuisinart Cookware

The previous cookware I had started to shed its cladding which was a worry. The best thing about the Cuisinart is that it is very easy to clean even when cooking with sauces that have sugar in them. Also, this set came with a steamer insert for the pots. Very healthy thing to have.

Mediocre

I like the nonstick coating on the inside, but the outside of the pots and pans is easily scratched. The set does not come with family sized pots and pans. They are small. Half of the pieces are lids, which I feel the company could have had some of the pots and pans the same size so the lids are not all different sizes.

Just received these and couldn't wait to try them out. This set replaced another (much cheaper) set of Cuisinart pots and pans that did not wear very well. I have used the pots and pans in the last two days and was surprised and how nothing stuck to them. They were very easy to wash by hand and cleaned up nicely. The lids for the pots were warm to the touch, which I wasn't expecting but doesn't diminish the quality of this set. So glad that I purchased them!

Work great but scratch no matter what

These pots and pans heat up fast and cook evenly. I love the steamer insert - no more soggy veggies! The handles on the lids do get hot when using.

Very nice

Very nice pans. Arrived quickly. Handles are sturdier than expected and stay cool. Note, nonstick pans are not designed to be used on high heat. Follow the instructions in box. I made soup in the small sauce pan, and it boiled broth quickly enough set to medium heat. Fried fish beautifully in the saute on medium. If you want/need to cook on something on high, swap for a stainless pan.

I've owed this set for years and some need to be replaced, but they have really held up pretty darn well, so much so I'm going to order replacements. I've tried other brands, the blue ones and others. Hope they're still made as well after ten years.some of the reviews I've read are a little hard to understand stand, like the paint on the outside turned white, first of all they are not painted and not to washed in a dishwasher. Sum it up , I like both the stainless steel and nonstick. See ya

I couldn't find my exact set, I'm thinking mine is the 14 PC set with utensil tools. My husband purchased mine at our local Lowe's. He got it for me for a Christmas gift about seven years ago. I use something in this set on a daily basis. Whether is the cooking pots or skillets. It came with utensil tools but I couldn't find them all. I've never had trouble getting anything out of these pots and pans. Although I have had food to stick in them before. That might be from a lot of use though. I've yet to find a set of cookware that doesn't stick on occasion. They always come clean and the utensil tools are made with a thick plastic. There handles are extra long. I really like this cookware set and have enjoyed using it to cook my food in. I think you would really like it too.

My favorite ever!

I am very satisfied with this set of cookware. The variety of pieces meets most needs and the quality of the items is excellent. I am especially pleased with the color of the pans and skillets. They look classy, don't stain easily and are easily cleaned. I like that the lids are glass so that I can monitor the contents without having to remove the lid. The handles are both functional and beautiful and lend to the attractivenss of the items. Above all, the items are well made and do a great job of cooking food.

A great set of pans for someone who is more than just your average cook. Great heat distribution and great non stick make these a great set! Not as heavy as the professional pans I'm used to but they are great for someone with authritis or hand issues that needs something a little lighter. The measurements on the inside of the pans is a fancy idea for making things easy. And don't be worried about not getting a good sear they sear phenomenal! So overall review if you can't afford or don't want to spend 600+$ this is the set of pan's you want!!!

Heavy duty, well built

There were more expensive sets but after reading all the reviews this set got very glod reviews. Its pretty heavy duty and well made. I wouldnt say its very sexy but more utilitarian with its black color. My wife loves it for the great non stick and easy cleanup. She likes that the handles on the skillet and sautee pan stay cool with no need for a pot holder. The handles on the sauce pans and stock pans require a lot holder but thats to be expected. My only gripe is that they didnt give a size description so the frying pan that I though was 12" turned out to be 10". The sautee pan was also slightly smaller than I expected but its still good sized. I would say this is a good set of cookware for the price.

Love the set, but a piece is discolored

While hand washing 3 of these pans, one started to turn colors. (I was literally washing off the outside coat) When I asked Cuisinart if there was a possible defect, I was advised by "Conair" that the only way this would happen is if I had placed the pan in the dishwasher. Their response: Thank you for your email regarding your Cuisinart Hard Anodized Cookware. Your pictures have been examined by myself as well as our Quality Control and Quality Assurance Director. It is our determination that your cookware has indeed been discolored due to the harsh environment of being washed in the dishwasher. Washing Hard Anodized cookware in the dishwasher will breakdown the exterior when exposed to the caustic soda in the dishwashing detergent. The exterior surface of the pot or pan will become chalky and will rub off on kitchen towels. Liquid dishwashing soap does not have these hash chemicals to cause this effect to the Hard Anodized exterior of the cookware. The reason why we know this? All of our cookware goes through dishwasher testing as part of the manufacturing process. This is not a manufacture defect.
