Fantastic!

I'm always gifting people with baked breads but in pieces from a regular loaf. Wanted to gift with mini loaves, first try (orange cranberry, pictured) turned out GREAT! Think I need to work on proportion but I'm stoked that these popped out ready to cool after about a half hour (I buttered and floured them in case).
