Its not what I ordered is not the same thing that I saw on the picture totally different

I am so disappointed its not what I want it and unfortunately I can return it. Its not what I saw on the picture. They sent totally different totally unbelievable. I will most definitely wont purchase anything with these people.

Cuisinart still the best quality!

My old Cuisinart food processor was 43 years old, and finally gave out. It was a wedding present and worked so well. Because of the quality and sustained functioning, I would only replace it with another Cuisinart. I purchased the Elite Collection 12 cp and am very happy with my purchase. I've used it several times and the features are fabulous, esp. the smaller bowl. Its easy to clean (dishwasher, yeah!), performs beautifully, and so easy to use. Kudos to Cuisinart -- quality has been sustained over the decades.

Two bowls, one hand operationwin/win!

Bought this for a friend who recently had a strokeI was hoping it will be operable with one hand, and I tested it this way. All the pieces click firmly into place and it was easy to clean by immersing in hot soapy water. The two bowls were the selling point, and the one-handed release on the handle are perfect. He will be able to use this all by himself. Thank you!

Worth Every Penny & One of the Best Food Processors Available!

This machine exceeds my expectations! It operates so smoothly and is very powerful. You rarely find a machine with this much power. I love that it has 2 very different sized bowls. It really expands the list of things you can do with it. I know this machine will last for years without problems and will make my cooking tasks so much easier. Getting it for a great price is icing on the cake. I'm very happy I got this machine!

This food processor is a must-have item in my kitchen. I have used it to make dumplings and baby food. It so convenient and easy to use but it is not easy to clean.

Awesome food processor

My previous Cusinart processor was over 20 years old and finally quit. In my search for another I knew it had to be a Cusinart. I came an across this one and it had all the features I was looking and then some. An added bonus. I immediately used it upon receiving it and it worked beautifully. Used it to shred and chop veggies, made dough and also pesto. Love it! So pleased! The added bonus of having a four cup bowl included made that much better for small tasks!

Everything in a food processor and more. Easy to clean dishwasher safe. I can process top round to make ground beef! Very powerful and it hasn’t failed me yet. The new innovated parts are so much easier use than their older model.

Nice large capacity and strong seal to keep everything in the bowl. It’s heavy but quieter than my older model. The smaller bowl insert is convenient.

Cuisinart Elite Powerhouse

I purchased the Elite 12 cup food processor to replace a older Cuisinart food processor that bit the dust after 15 years of excellent service. I did a lot of research before purchasing this machine. I like the fact that this is a two in one food processor. You can do small batches or large batches in the same machine. The food processor is not cheap, However it is a beast. The machine base is made from die cast metal. The motor is a powerful 1000 watts. The included second bowl insert allows you to process smaller batches of food without having to change machines. The other feature that I really like is the adjustable slicing disc. There is a adjustment dial under the blade that allows you to slice up to 6 mm. Very easy to use and does a great job; You also get a reversable shredding blade. One side is for fine and the other side is coarse. When all is said and done, the Elite 12 cup food processor is a powerful food processor that is sure to give you many years of enjoyment Highly recommended.

Worst food processor ever

Don’t waste your hard earned money on this poorly designed product. We bought the Cruisinart 12-cup Elite Series CFP-24DCNPC to replace an old almost 30 year old smaller Cruisinart workhorse food processor, hoping the larger size and extra blade was worth the money. Have used it twice. Hate it. Difficult to clean and dry. The smaller upper bowl doesn’t scoop out easy with a spatula because of ridges and indentations in the bowl shape. When using the shredder disc, there’s a gap between the disc and the large bowl which collects and jambs with large chunks of barely shredded food. The upper lid is difficult to get on with both bowls in place. The safety housing for the s-shaped blades is dangerous. It takes both hands to pop out the blade, which must pop out in the direction toward your hands. Will be looking for another food processor that’s not a Cruisinart.
