I wanted a simple chopper, like my old retro model that has disappeared. I often have small amounts of food to chop that I don't want to drag my food processor out for. The Cuisinart chopper is exactly what I was looking for, is similar to my old one, and the blade actually turns while I pound on the plunger, cutting up large pieces as it rotates. So glad I bought this!

Works, but can be tough to clean

The slap chop works as advertised, but it is a bit hard to clean the bits that get caught in with the blade as it doesn't aways rinse off (e.g. garlic).

Great but it is Loud!

It works as it should, but it is horribly loud when you use it!

Good manual vegetable chopper

Product works, but fine chopping of ginger and shallots is good but not great. Fora really fine chop I need, some final knife work is needed. The device does save a lot of time.

Cuisinart chopper is a must have in your kitchen

I like the push chopper it dices great, compact, and is very easy to clean.

Last month I bought a Cuisinart handheld Chopper. It’s really good and now I don’t need extra time . It’s saved my time. I enjoy it.

This thing feel sturdy will put it to the test to see how long it lasts feel like a good call, its a bit springy though

It's pretty tough to clean out. The blades dull rather quickly so the peel doesn't get completely chopped and smaller bits of vegetables get stuck inside, up a l ong the blades.
