It's working really well, and the installation was pretty easy. I wish the connector was metal and not nylon. It worked, but it took me longer to get it not to leak. For the money though, this is a good product.

Good product, difficult install

My water tastes better! It took 4 hours to install, had to buy Teflon tape and spend hours fiddling with crescent wrenches under the sink. But overall, I’m really happy that it was well priced and works!

[Rewarded Review] Culligan under the sink %234 model is easy to use.

This model doesn't require the family to turn on the main tap and then pull out a button to activate. This Culligan model comes with its own handle to draw water through the filter and out of a smaller, supplemental faucet--so it is easier to use than the old style "faucet-mounted" filters. Seems sturdy.

Good price fast shipping

Item was in good condition; this is my second unit, so it was an easy install to replace old one.

The Culligan EZ-Change Under-Sink water filter is a pretty good filter system with a couple of drawbacks. First, the included connector for the water supply is a 1/2 inch 14 NPS fitting. I've never seen a sink supply angle stop in that dimension. All I've seen are 3/8" compression fittings. To connect to a 3/8" compression fitting, you have to get an adaptor that is 3/8" to 1/4" since the tubing is all 1/4". The second issue has to do with the fittings included with the 1/4" tubing. They are all plastic and are compression/shark-bite type fittings, which have to be carefully connected. Two days after installing, the fitting into the faucet dispensor started leaking. I had to disconnect and then ensure that the tubing was seated well into the faucet and retighten the fitting. As of now, no more leaks, but I'm a little apprehensive as there are three of these fittings in the system, one on the inlet to the filter, one on the outlet of the filter and one on the faucet. But, at this pricepoint, I guess that is what to expect. Water tasted fine and seemed to have filtered the chlorine taste out. Filters, however, are expensive, about $70 each. Jury is out on long-term performance.

Our faucet has a matt finish, the water dispenser was shiny, so we took it back.

Everyone can taste the difference from the filtered water & the chemical laden tap. It was very easy to install. The only problem we had was we needed a different sized adapter.

The filter was easy to install, and a blind taste test with my wife and son resulted in them choosing the new filtered water and having harsh things to say about the tap water and old Britta filter pitcher water. Flow is sufficient (it's not a firehose anyways) and the only slight drawback is the twist handle that turns it on/off - it's a little hard to grip with wet hands. For the price (comparably low) this is an acceptable compromise.

Water filter itself is fine, t adapter included is not useful, had to go and buy a different one to fit.

The adapters are outdated. Literally all of the adapters were worthless to install to a modern day kitchen faucet.

[Rewarded Review] Better tasting water

Easy 30 min install, did brass upgrade on connection instead of plastic. Noticeable improvement of taste of water.

I will never buy from Zorro again.

The pro is that the filter was delivered on time, east to install works as advertised. The negative is that I now I receive a barrage of ads and emails from Zorro. They use every internet marketing available and I get their ads with everything I look at. I contacted customer support and they suggested blocking the ad. This only works on that particular ad. As soon as the new ad comes out you get them again. I realize that this is common in today's marketing but this is excessive and their response was pitiful. I have vowed to NEVER buy anything from Zorro again.

New Water System

Arrived on time, easy to install. Local Culligan Company never heard of the unit and was unable to install. Otherwise, all is well. Tom

I’ve used this product before. Although it was defective, caused a lot of water damage to my kitchen floor, I am sticking with it due to ease of use. Ease of filter changing. Hoping the newer one I just got from Walmart won’t be defective

Hard to install!

I am sure Culligan makes good water filtration systems. This is an under the sink system with a faucet on top of the sink. It is designed for a do it yourself installation. I have been working as a handyman for 15 years now. I have installed multiple kitchen faucets for customers over the years. Culligan sends this unit with a 1/2 inch water connector to attach to your cold water valve under the sink. Turn the cold water valve off, disconnect the water line coming from the faucet, install the connector provided with the unit and reconnect the water line from the faucet. Connect the filter to the cold water supply and to the easy to install faucet and you have filtered water. Should be a thirty minute or less project for even a novice DIY person. Except…..the common water supply valve used in every under the sink work I have ever done uses a 3/8 inch connector. After multiple trips to the hardware store looking for the correct adapters to connect Culligan’s 1/2 inch connector to my standard 3/8 inch supply line I finally have filtered water. And it taste great! Culligan will tell you that they show a work around to this problem in the instructions. It would work except most modern new faucets come with an already attached supply line that connects to your cold water supply valve and it is way to small for it to work. Again, love my filtered water! Did not love the process to get it.

Great Water Filter System, Great Price, Fast Ship

We couldn't be happier with the Culligan EZ-4 water filter system. The price was great and the system was shipped quickly. Everything was included in the box and installation was easy. We're thrilled with the great job this filter does. Our water now tastes clean and fresh, actually like bottled water. Too, this system has an alert to let us know when the filter will need to be changed. A light will flash on the base of the faucet - and the battery was actually attached to the filter. We couldn't be happier with this water filter.
