These plant starts came on the weekend that I was away . They were so well wrapped that they survived being in the black mailbox with Fall weather that reached the 80s during the day and got down in the 40s at night ! When I opened the box late Monday night, they were an excellent condition and the towel they were wrapped in was still damp! I was excited to also receive a start of wandering dude and two starts of the plant I ordered. I will be ordering plants from this company again in the future!

there was no handling instruction instructions on the box to assure the plant wouldn't be damaged in shipping. the plant was not the most robust sample. the root ball was diminutive and dislodged. plant arrived needing considerable triage.

Well packaged for travel. Arrived safely. I love the striking variation in the coloring of the leaves. I found her much prettier than her picture.. I am looking forward to seeing her flower.

Plants arrived dressed in great box with two pieces of brown paper a colored tissue no insulation. They were almost frozen. Kleenex wrapped around stem almost dry.

Horrible, the plant was so tiny that you barely see it. It died in a couple days.
