Beautiful light but disappointed that it was hanging by a wire. I asked the person on the phone if the wire was covered in a metal down rod and was advised it was so I purchased two lights. When lights arrived there was no metal down rods. Employee gave incorrect information on the sale. Lights still not up as I want down rods. Yes I could return but would only get credit at store, and now unsure if I would order from Wayfair again
