I’ve had this wool rug for about one year. It is near a window with lots of sunlight. It hasn’t faded and still looks brand new. It’s high-quality and I would definitely purchase again.

I can't say enough good things about this rug! I was pleasantly surprised by the subtle warm tones of oranges, greens and tans in it and how soft it is. I just love it against my brown wood floors.

When this rug first showed up, it was absolutely beautiful. We have two of the same rug in our living room and dining room. There was a minor water spill on both rugs that we promptly blotted up with a towel. The color from the cross pattern (reddish orange color) bled out of the rugs and now both show large brown looking spots. These were remarkably expensive rugs and I was told by customer service at Havertys that nothing could be done. I will never purchase anything from Havertys again since they refuse to stand behind their products.

Very disappointed with this rug. The colors matched our furniture so we thought it would work. As was said in other posts it is very difficult to vacuum this rug. Threads started sticking up almost right away, sometimes about 1/2 in in several rug places. And lots of rug fuzz that need to be cleaned off. We kept it less than a week and realized that it could only get worse as we used it. We returned it. It is of very poor quality for a store like Macys to sell it. Heavily recommend that macy's discontinue this rug vendor.

Beautiful but, would not recommend.

This is a beautiful rug, but it sheds fuzz. A lot of fuzz. It is all over the floor around the rug. The vacuum bin fills up when vacuuming the rug. Would not recommend. Where my husband sits, the fuzz makes balls from his shoes.

THE STYLE/COLOR IS JUST WHAT I WANTED

Beautiful, but not for me

I really wanted to love this rug. When I saw it in store, I found the weave and colors quite striking. When it was delivered to my home, I loved it even more. However, after the first couple days, it just seemed to dull. Moreover, it shed like crazy!!! I had hoped, being a wool and synthetic blend, it would cut done on the amount of shedding, but nope! I felt like I was sweeping the floors everyday just to turn around and find more dust bunny piles collecting all around the edges of the room. So aggravating. Also, after inspecting the rug up close, I observed that the threads that make up the "grid work" pattern on the rug just pull out. And this is from just walking around on it, nothing crazy. It's not obvious unless you really look at the rug, but I think that's why the rug began to appear less and less stunning as the days wore on. We probably had it in our home for 3-4 weeks before it was replaced with another rug, and we were not sad to see it go.

I would buy this rug again!!
