Looks better than it functions

This faucet set is not cheap, yet it never performed well. The hot water faucet squeaked for months before finally quieting down. Worse, the touch-down drain failed almost immediately and the plumber says it cannot be fixed. It becomes stuck in the closed position and can only be opened by prying up with a screwdriver, thus damaging the finish. Time for a new faucet, at 16 months of use, and it should have been replaced long ago.

Faucet is what I wanted, but package was dropped in middle of driveway, not at front door, as carrier noted. Faucet appears to be in good condition.

The task of choosing just the right faucet for a bathroom can be a dreaded task. I'm so happy with my decision to purchase this faucet. Simple yet classy. It is also very easy to keep clean, as there are not small nooks where soap and dust can accumulate.
