We needed a quiet 150 CFM unit with a light for our large bathroom that would not break the bank. This unit went in without a fuss with good instructions. It is powerful and very quiet for the amount of air it moves. Will use this brand again if given the opportunity. Keep in mind this unit really needs a 6" exhaust hose otherwise it will be noisier than advertised. I had the opportunity to swap out my 4" exhaust hose to a 6" and it is quiet and smooth operating.

Well built, very quiet, works well in a fairly large bathroom. I ran 6-inch duct down to 4 inch with a reducer at the outside vent and that slightly increased the noise level. Still very quiet. I did not wire the night-light due to lack of an extra load wire. Fan and light worked great. One small nit-pick, instructions were super small font and not very clear regarding the duct connection. Other than that, excellent buy.

Definitely effective at removing moisture as that was our main concern. You can't hear the motor but the air is dispersed so quickly that it is a little louder than expected. This may be due to using a duct reducer to retro fit for an older house. I am considering doing the duct reducer close to the eve instead of at the hookup to see if that helps with the sound.

Once I got it installed and connected a 6 inch exhaust pipe this was a relatively quiet fan for the amount of air it can pull. No more foggy mirror and hopefully no more moist walls. I really like the night light feature so that you can use bathroom without having to wake up because of a bright light.

Works great, little louder than expected but removes all moisture while showering versus my undersized old one. Had to get creative to install without access from above. Also check your wiring because mine was on the opposite side and had to extend the wires to reach new fan electrical box.

The Home Depot Website clearly sated that this unit was a roomside install. When we tried to do that and had trouble we called the 1-800 number provided in the installation instructions. The service rep advised us that this unit was not recommended for room side install because of its large size. Returned the unit for a refund.

I'm giving this three star for the ADVERTISED noise level, 0.5 ha. Our bathroom is over 100 sq ft including a shower and a Jacuzzi tub and if you leave the closet door/water closet door open, its well over the minimum size recommended by the manu. Still, its no way its close to 0.5.

I originally had an 80 CFM, compact fluorescent light bathroom exhaust fan that stopped working. It was undersized for the bathroom, so rather than try to fix it, I went shopping for a new one. While I didn't do exhaustive research, i did do some, and this fan is best on the market IMO. At almost double the CFM of my old one, it is still quieter at 0.5 sones, and the LED light is much brighter. And its ENERGY STAR rated to boot. There is nothing not to like with this one.

Difference Maker!

We have had significant moisture issues in our main bathroom since purchasing the house 5 years ago to the point there are water streaks down the walls. NO MORE!! Our bathroom is probably about 90-100 square feet. The old fan was a weak 50 cfm model. We no longer have any foggy mirrors! This unit does what it is supposed to do - clear air. It is super quiet, much more so than our old unit. You cannot hear it while in the shower. My wife said she didn't hardly know it was on. Self instal was a little time consuming but not very difficult. I enlarged the hole to put the unit up through and I also ran a new 6" duct which is what the unit calls for. If you run smaller pipe you will reduce some of the air flow and according to other reviews you will increase volume as well. I didn't connect the night light since I didn't want to run another wire. I would not hesitate to recommend this fan. It has a 3 year warranty and is the best buy for a 150 cfm fan. We don't really even need to crack the door to achieve good air flow. The last comment is the the light is a "warm" light which was my biggest concern, not like most "white" LED lights. Get rid of the fog and get a Delta Breez fan. You won't regret it.

The delta breeze was a breeze to install not bad at all only thing you need to be mindful of is the fan switch if you have one that has a timer on it some of them will only work with an AC motor the delta breeze has a DC motor it only works with certain ones I actually had to call Delta to find out.
