Fan and heater work very well. Designed for new construction. Somewhat difficult as a retrofit due to the type of bracing that was included. Had to be modified to fit between the joists.
Excellent QUIET bathroom fan!
Even on high setting it's way more quiet than my previous fan
I love it!!
The quality is very nice and my husband said it was easy to install. Very pleased!
We love the look.
Great exhaust power. Easy to install and looks great.
Love this fan!
Stylish, high speed fan and it's nice and quiet. Was easy to replace from the old one.
Nice exhaust fan
This fan is so much quieter than the old one, and way more aesthetically pleasing.
Great fan, easy install.
No foggy mirrors. Highly recommend.
My sons broke a regular ceiling fan so I went this route in their room!
It's looks great and works well.
Happy with purchase.
For bathroom renovations.Very quiet
It's very quiet and seems to be working great so far. The only thing I would suggest is to have the manufacturer spend a little more time writing clearer installation instructions. The instructions are very confusing and this seems to be common feedback for this product.

Bought two of these fans for our beach house. They are super quiet and discreet. They work fast. Too often my kids forget to turn on when they shower and I walk into a steamy bathroom. I turn fan on. It quickly goes to work to clear up the room. Highly recommend.

in our rebuild, I bought this for the master bath based on the Sones rating. It is very quiet! The builder put in a Broan 688 in the hall bath. MAN that thing is loud compared to the Delta. While it costs a bit more, the lack of din is worth it IMO.

Quiet. But it is not white by any stretch of the imagination. I will have to paint them. I bought 2. One is in the powder room, the other waiting to be installed. Have no idea how well it works yet. Have yet to touch up the paint around the hole. My ceilings are white-white.

The install of the fan went smoothly. I was replacing an existing fan of the same size, and it went right into that space. The bit that confused me for a while was the mode switch. On the Humidity Sensor version, you've got three pairs of wires; 1) Light 2) Fan 3) Mode. The Light circuit is simple enough, give it power, the light comes on. It is affected by nothing else. The Fan circuit, when energized, means that the fan will toggle between low and high speeds based on the humidity in the air. Actually, it will run until the humidity falls below the set level, and then run at full-speed for an additional ten minutes. Also worth noting that the "low speed" can be 0, turning the fan off. The Mode circuit tells the fan to run at full speed, regardless. This is useful for when you want to air out the bathroom, and I'll just leave it at that. So to set this up the way they'd like requires three poles, which could be a three-pole switch, three individual switches, or a combination therein. I didn't want to use up all that space, or have tiny switches, so I wired the mode and light to the same switch, and the fan to its own switch. That when someone turns on the light (above the shower) the fan kicks into high speed, and continues to run after the shower, even with the light off, until the humidity is gone. It took several readings of the instructions to think this might be an option, so hopefully someone else sees this and finds it helpful.

I am using the one switch method. I had a single switch for the bathroom which operates the bathroom light. (which I still do) I wanted to have a switch just for the fan so I put in a two gang box to house the two single pole switches. The trick to having this fan work on a single switch is to run 14/3 wire if youre using a 15 amp circuit. (otherwise 12/3 for a20 amp circuit) I ran the black wire of the 14/3 to the bottom of the new switch and tied in the hot wire that was also feeding the bottom of the other switch to this switch. So in another words the bottom of both switches are hot and the black wire from the bottom of the switch is tied into the black wire of the fan so the fan is always hot. It wont make the fan run, it will just supply power to the fan. Tie the whites to whites and hook the red 14/3 wire from the top of your new switch to the blue wire on the fan. Thats it, now the blue light in the fan will be on telling you it is in the humidity sensing mode. If you flip the switch on for the fan, it will turn to an amber light and the fan will run at full speed. If you turn the switch back off youll see the blue light again and when the humidity sensor senses say 60% humidity, if thats the setting you have it set at, the fan will turn on by itself. Then it turns off after it is no longer sensing that humidity. I just keep the CFM speed at Zero otherwise I believe the fan will stay running.

This fan is very quiet and has a lower profile so it fits better between the studs in our attic. The instructions were not very good--it was very difficult to understand how to wire the fan so that it works without a switch. In fact, at first we thought it wasn't able to work without a switch. But our handyman figured it out, no thanks to Delta's instructions. But nice fan, robust, and the humidity sensor works very well and is very adjustable to specific requirements.

This fan was easier to install than most because it has a large opening for the electrical conection. The humidity sensor worked great.

The fan was installed last week. So far so good. Very quiet.
A good fan, but could be better
Bottom line: the LED is too bright to leave the fan in auto mode all the time, the controller makes a quiet, but noticeable noise when powered up -- a note in the instructions tells you not to wire in line with a digital controller or this will occur. But my fan is not on the same series as a controller. I intended to wire the fan and leave it in standby all the time, but the status light is simply too bright to install in a connected master bath-- at night, light will enter the bedroom. The fan is quiet, but not quiet like a ceiling fan. It is much quieter than a traditional bathroom fan though. Be careful is installing in a wall, the transition from fan to ducting is close enough that you will need to modify your top plate or lower the fan to get a duct installed--less ideal for a bathroom fan that should be close to the ceiling to get the rising air. If the manufacturer made a 90 degree adapter, it would be perfect! Overall a good fan for the money. The automatic feature is nice.

Pros: quiet and powerful. I dont know how well auto feature works since electrician installed only one wire to it. Needs two wires to work in manual and auto modes.
