Easy install to replace contractor unit. Light is at a good temperature. Very quiet. My setup doesn't allow for the light dimming feature but std light level is perfect for the commode area.

The vent seems to work well and is reasonably quiet. The knockout for routing the wires into the connection box, was not fully cut and would not break out as it is designed.

Ordered for second bath renovation

Bought this fan again since it worked so well in my first bathroom renovation project. These are never as quiet as you'd like them to be but certainly quieter than the one I replaced.

Better than one I bought at a big box with same CFM

Our fan died from my wife's 4 hour hot showers. I replaced it with one from a big box construction retail store with 110 cfm. It might as well have been a child with a paper fan trying to push the air out of the bathroom. Even with my 10 minute showers the mirror would steam. I replaced it with this fan in the 110 cfm model and it works great. The only time the mirror steams up is during my wife's shower now.

Powerful and silent

Great fan! Installed in a 6x9 bathroom. Easily evacuated the air in seconds and is super quiet. Easy to install. Highly recommend.

At the end of the day it is working as intended - looks good, sounds good, does the job. I replaced a 50yo fan that took more than expected to remove. This fan preassumes a setup in your ceiling which didn't match my actual setup so took a fair amount of effort and time to get it installed. If you are starting from scratch it will be easier.

Installation of the light was straightforward. Light is bright but not harsh, and the fan is powerful but quiet.

Easily installed. The fan is whisper quiet - nice bright light. Huge improvement over 30 year old fan/light which it replaced.

My best bathroom fan

This was a 50 cfm model that has less noise than my past experience with 80 cfm bath vent fans. Would definitely use this one again on a future install and im happy with this purchased!

The Delta Breez bath fan was purchased installed in the last few weeks. Here are some thoughts. Installation wasn't as easy as some, but I was prepared for that and it's not one of my complaints, just an observation. The wire box in the unit is small, so be prepared for a tight fit. Regarding wiring, I don't understand why companies (including Delta Breez on this fan) use aluminum strand wire and have instructions that direct the use of a wire nut (the wire nut companies that I'm aware of say that their wire nuts are NOT for use with aluminum wire, and I think Wago says this too). The motor is not as quiet as some, but I don't find it objectionable. I like that the light is LED. The light is good (not too bright, and not too dim) and I plan to put it on a dimmer and try it dimmed very low at night (like a night light). The motor is spec'd as brushless, which appeals to me, but I'm not sure of the actual benefit (the Broan fan it replaced was 20 years old, but got noisy like a bearing went out). It's too early to comment on the fan's lifespan, but I haven't encountered anything concerning. So far, I don't regret my choice - the price for the product/features was acceptable, and I don't have complaints with how it works.
