Great item but beware of a bad mounting template
Nice quality and attractive. The only negative is that the mounting template had the wall mounting screws located 6" apart which is too close; a full roll of toilet paper will rub against the flared area of the mounting arms. Moving one arm 1/2" further away from the other was perfect.
