Basco glass shower door is very high quality and was a perfect replacement for our 30-year-old door. Forgot what it was like to have a beautiful, functioning door!

Missing Hardware

I received my order missing all necessary hardware for assembly. Very inconvenient and the customer service is non-existant with Basco 👎.

Quality is Terrible

I purchased this door and for the price I figured the quality would be good. Boy was I ever wrong. Product is cheaply made and door is terrible when opening. Please don’t buy and purchase a different product.

Didn’t like the product. It’s not coming in correct dimensions. Had to cut to fit in my shower. Quality is poor too.

Product came with parts missing. It was reordered and never got the reordered item and there was essentially no communication from Home Depot on what problem was or how to resolve it. I was extremely disappointed in the service.

So far so good. Made some adjustments and it fits great and works well. Happy with purchase

You're probably going to need to cut the metal.

Fairly easy to assemble and install. Easier task with two people.
