Excellent quality and comfort

This chair is perfection for my needs. It is easy to assemble, and very comfortable with a firm seat and back, which I expect will withstand my weight (125 lbs) for years without losing its integrity. So far, the casters seem to roll smoothly on the hard floor and chair mat. The Tossed a throw blanket over the seat/back for warmer, winter comfort.

My office is the first thing you see when you walk into my home, so I wanted something that looks nicer than a chair from a standard office chair. I like the feel and look of the chair, but it doesn’t roll easily.

Chair keeps falling down and won't keep its height, which makes it very uncomfortable to use for a lon time

Disappointed

Nice heavy, solid wood, but the holes for assembly did not allow the screws to go in all the way. Very disappointed and frustrated. Not looking forward to the return process so I might try to fix the hole.

This chair is great! It was much more than I wanted to pay, but I needed something that didn't look like a typical ugly task chair since I'll be working at my dining table. This chair has a great vintage feel and fits perfectly with my other furniture. I was a little nervous about assembly, but it went fairly well -- though it took longer than expected. I had to re-do a few places where I wasn't paying attention (mostly short bolts vs. long bolts). Also, for some areas (like attaching the plate to the bottom of the chair), it's important to get all four screws started first, to make sure the 4 holes are properly aligned with the 4 screws. (Don't screw one in all the way, then proceed the next -- you'll end up with screws that don't align with the drilled holes.) Other than those glitches, things went well and I'm very, very happy with this purchase. It's a great-looking chair! (I got the red one and was relieved that it's not an overly bright red.)

Very comfortable and great looking chair. Works perfect in my home office.

Good chair. Seems to be starting to become a bit looser at the connecting points. Replaced the pretty horrible casters w/ rollerblade wheels and it's 1000% better. And let's just say that sitting in this chair for a long time produces a decent amount of heat on the seat.

Looks great! Very squeaky if you lean back.
