Easy to assemble. Works great and is very comfortable.

Disappointed

Nice heavy, solid wood, but the holes for assembly did not allow the screws to go in all the way. Very disappointed and frustrated. Not looking forward to the return process so I might try to fix the hole.

[Rewarded Review] Amazing rolling, swivel, tilt chairs for the price

We ordered four of these chairs. They were delivered free to our home. We assembled them ourselves. The directions were clear on how to assemble. We appreciate the quality of these chairs. Ordering them was easy. I believe we received them in about 10 days. We have received great comments on our friends who have seen them at our kitchen table. The wood matches the table my husband made.

This a great office chair and looks more expensive than it was. The size and movement of the wheel base is perfect, and it’s very comfortable. I had no problem putting it together. I would recommend this chair.

Nice Chair

Heavy chair matches my desk furniture. The chair is heavy and was easy to put together. I would have given it 5 stars but the where the arms screw into the back of the chair had nothing for the screws to grab. My husband went to Ace and got a part and fixed it. Other than that it was easy to put together.

Nice quality for the price.

I am inpressed with the quality of the chair. Nice detail on the leather corners and nail heads. Its sits remarkably well given its rather traditional apperance. Fits nicely in the traditional decor surrounding it. Wood over steel base gives the right look without the inherent weaknesses of a wood base. Tilt and height works smoothly as expected. I think this is an outstanding value for the price point. Its a little light on the lumbar support for long stints, but still very comfortable overall. I would recommend this office chair.

the chair is great - there were some quality control issues with the finish for which i had to buy upholstery nails as two were missing on arrival . Since time and money were involved in returns and the product arrived after the "return window-" (useful that!) simply repaired it

A good chair for the money

Pretty easy to put together - a dozen or so allen-head screws (wrench included) and a rubber mallet or hammer (that you supply) is all it takes. Everything fit well and works good. Very satisfied with the chair, it looks good and seems sturdy enough to last. The seat is quite firm, but we use a loose ergonomic cushion anyway so no problem there.

Wheels Break Easily

Nice chair; but poorly designed, plastic wheels that break easily. I’m of only average weight. The company was good about supplying me promptly with replacement wheels, but they’re difficult to change and break too easily.

Good looking ... less quality than expected

Great looking chair... but a little short on quality... The designer studs have started to op off after just one week of use... Also, not the easiest to out together
