You Can't Go Wrong With Demeyere's Industry5 Cookware

I am very pleased with this 2 Quart saucepan. It is a substantial saucepan without being so heavy that it is nearly impossible to lift with a single hand. The rivet free interior is a big plus with Demeyere cookware, and the stay cool handle is so much more comfortable than other premium cookware. The pot has a wide bottom and is slightly larger than 2 quarts, so is much easier to cook vegetables and reduce liquids. I don't put my cookware in the dishwasher so I cannot comment on that, but this pot does clean up very easily. I also like the lip around the top which makes it easier to pour. In short, I like everything about this saucepan and highly recommend it! I also have an Industry5 skillet and find that if heated properly, it is virtually nonstick. It too is easy to clean and a dream to cook with.

coating get scratched after half a year

the saucepan was good at it's arrival. However after using it a year I noticed that there are several scratches on the non-stick coating of the pan. I always used wooden spatula and hand-washed the pan. It's a bit pity to see a pan with such price won't last more than a year

Nice Pan

This is a really nice pan, heavy but not too heavy, I find the 7 layer Demeyere much to heavy. Works well on my induction range.

This is a beautiful pan. A big part of my decision making was the sound my induction makes while using it. Cast iron and this pan are fairly quiet (this means easier on the cook top). Along with that you of course get great conductivity and quality. I'm sure it will outlive me and perhaps my children.

Highest quality

The Demeyere Industry pots are the best I've ever had in my 71 year old life. I have 3 and they are better than All Clad. The handles do not get hot and they heat up faster than many pots. A division of Zwilling.

I am new to this brand but I am sold! I bought a full set of these recently but needed an additional, smaller saucepan for reheating food. I found this one in the exact line and now my set is complete. These heat super fast and are just so beautiful.

Great sauce pan, but heavy

Great sauce pan. Far better than AC sauce pan as the lid handle doesn't heat up. The only downside is that the pan may be heavy for people with weak wrists. Unfortunately, weight is correlated with quality when it comes to evenness of heating and heat retention.

These are seriously great pans. I had been purchasing All-Clad, which are good pans, though the lid handle can get very hot. SLT had this brand on sale at one point. So, I figured I'd give it a try. If I were to start all over again, I'd stick with Demeyere. They are very sturdy and heat evenly. Both the lid and pan handles stay cool. They are definitely worth the investment.

Better than All-clad

I like this better than my All-Clad saucepan. The handle is slightly shorter and stays cooler! It's a great pan all around. Heats quickly and evenly. Cleans up easily.

Was looking for a couple of new stainless sauce pans. At the price point, these perform great. The weight is balanced and the construction is heavy duty and top notch. Looking forward to many years of use.

As someone with an electric stove, i usually wait forever for my pot to boil. This saucepan heats up super fast and evenly. It is also very nice looking and easy to clean. Looks like a pot that will last me for a long time.

Great brand

This is my favorite cookware. It?s basically non-stick because of the high quality, so it cleans up perfectly. It?s also well designed and beautiful to look at. My favorite part is that it is not made in China.

This is my first time buying from SLT and using this brand. I have other pans from All Clad and Le Creuset, and I like this way more. I have an old electronic stovetop, and this heats up much faster even on that old stovetop! Also my husband likes it that the inside is smooth without any bolts or hinges (he says it's easier to clean). I now want to buy frypan by Demeyere!

almost exactly what I was looking for

its hard to find a well made pan with no rivets. This is one of them. I actually wanted a smaller one. This one is european so the size advertised (2qt) is smaller than the actual pan (2.5qt). It is a breeze to clean. heats evenly and quickly. the lid fits snugly. my first food I cooked in this pan was rice and it turned out great. The only thing I am concerned about is the finish. it will eventually wear out per the manufacturer. How long that takes is unknown. So I dont know if the pan will be as easy to clean when that happens. regardless, it has no rivets so I will continue to enjoy it.
