Even better than expected and at a great price. We had planned to use this rug for another location, but when we unrolled it, we decided to use it for our main entrance. This runner is both beautiful and rugged and makes for the ideal entrance floor covering. The dark tones means that it could be used on almost any surface.

Love this rug!! An elegant yet what appears to be durable rug (just got it!) that looks great. It looks to be able to stand up to high traffic and all the yuck that comes in from outdoors - we have a dog. We were searching high and low for the right color/appearance and wanted something natural that wouldn't compete with the rugs in the rooms on either side of our open foyer. It beautifully "disappears" into our foyer. We purchased the Ash color. Love!

They seem nice although more brown/grey than silver/grey

Color is a bit deceptive....it looks grey from a little distance...almost wheat colored up close, more of a brown grey, but it's a really nice color and satisfies the overall grey color scheme I was looking for. It comes with non skid backing already so I'll need to return the non skid pads it suggests. Its not super thick, but has a nice thick look given the pattern. Works well under our coffee table and the second understand our dining table. The texture feels a bit synthetic, but it will be easy to keep clean as compared to our wool rugs which stain easier and which create wool bunnies as you walk on them.
