They are Beautiful

Like most uttermost, this is a good product. It looks a little more asian than I wanted but the wood and texture were perfect. I have it in my bedroom.

Truly disappointed by this item, Perigold, Uttermost & Wayfair. I ordered two of these expensive stools. One is beautiful and very consistent with the photos in the item listing. The second has multiple circular holes of the same size that appear to be man-made (perhaps for the fasteners to attach the top to the base?) as well as a large, deep gash that snags clothing and can splinter skin. I called Wayfair to report the problem and request a replacement or refund. Wayfair said these characteristics should be expected given the ‘natural’ variation in the reclaimed wood material and this is stated in the product description. I disagree and believe the product photos and description to be misleading. Wayfair did not agree that these nearly identical round holes were man made so they do not consider the item to be defective & would not provide a replacement or refund. Wayfair would, however, accept a return and deduct a shipping fee of nearly 25% of the purchase price if I dropped the item off at FedEx. This is definitely not consistent with the customer service Wayfair usually provides or the product quality from Uttermost. This is the first item I’ve ordered from Perigold so I don’t know if this is their standard practice or not. I will think twice before ordering anything again. See attached photos. It has big knots in the wood on the seat it is the 2nd one I had to send first one back, it needs to look great on the top like it does on the sides

Unique Wood Stool For Any Room At Home or Office

Heavy duty, solid without imperfections. The curved top on the square bottom creates a unique and eye catching look to your room decor. Not good to place an item on top as the curve doesn't allow the item to sit properly.

Poor quality control from Uttermost, but great service from Lulu and Georgia!

I wanted to love these stools, but the two stools I received had many large holes, gashes, and chips in them. The online photo represented a far superior product. I was able to return them for a full refund and FedEx picked them up at my front door since they are bulky and heavy.

I actually ordered the bench version of this piece. I love it. It is better in real life than it appeared in the photos, and is incredibly heavy and sturdy. I’m truly delighted with it.

Perfect multi-use to use as either a drink table or pull up stool! Rustic well made that can also integrate with more modern pieces too!

We have a saddle that we needed to put on a stand. This is perfect for that, and perfect as a stand alone stool.Unbelievable value.

It was open box and it did have some blemishes on the seat but no issue as it is pretty rustic organic and I was glad to save some money

This is very heavy and well made but I’m disappointed in all the knot holes. I realize it’s real wood but the photos online nor the description mentioned this so I’ll be sending mine back. I wasn’t wanting that rustic of a look.

I love it, I bought one before and couldn't resist buying another one. They look lovely, they are sturdy and well made.

The wood was nothing like the online photo, which showed smooth wood with contemporary lines. I would not describe the wood as "distressed", but instead, filled with deep holes. It looked like it was made from a leftover piece of damaged wood that should have been discarded. The good news is that the return process was very easy and Perigold gave me a complete refund. When I mentioned how heavy this stool is to try to return it, they offered a pick-up at my home at no cost to me.
