Junky cast looks nice on the surface but doesn’t work...
Junky cast looks nice on the surface but doesn’t work the way it should. Piece that is supposed to make the lock function broke it’s wicked cheap flimsy cast. The screws don’t work that fasten the interior handle base through the door to the exterior handle. Once you tighten the screws all the way (and I tightened them all the way), and attempt to put the interior handle back on the base it will not fit the screw heads that fasten the handle are to big and stick up so far that the screws that hold the interior handle to the base can not go in.
Looks nice but does not last
I purchased one of these a year ago. The handle snapped off within 6 months. The manufacturer replaced it through the warranty. However, the replacement handle just snapped off the same way. The part that connects the handle to the door plate is just 2 small metal rods that have a threaded screw run through the side. This seems to structurally compromise it causing the rods to sheer off at the level of the screws.

Worked fine, although screws included were too long. I had to use the old ones.The last handle, exact same model lasted 4 years, so I hope this one lasts longer.
