Beautiful picture light
Very high quality and great look! I will place on top of the shelf unit, thinking of buying another one for symmetry!
Quality is ok for the high price, but not exceptional value. The color,. “Distressed bronze” is nothing like the color photo on the website, nothing like the Olympic medal, and not related to the warm metal palettes of brass, copper, gold, etc. ;“gunmetal gray” or “ steel blue” would be more accurate. Notice the color named on the carton in my photo, taken in natural light, no flash.
Eh. Not terrible by any means, but could be improved. The cord is not as long as I would have wished but it's long enough. It does look very nice and the material is quality. I wish the brackets were a bit smaller. But overall a good light.
These lights (we ordered 2) are PERFECT! They look very high quality, and they are.
Hudson Valley picture lights are the only picture/painting lights to use!

The Hudson Valley picture light is perfect for lighting the painting over my sofa. It is a rubbed brass finish and looks stunning! In addition it plugs into a socket that I installed behind the painting and I wired it so that I can turn it on and off from a wall switch.
