Product is Good, but......

I bought this in January with installation. paid. LOWES and explained what I needed to do, Lowes send 3 contractor so far. All three of them didn't know that they were installing a external vent hood and the cabinet over the range had to be removed. Hood arrived at Lowes in March. First installer came in April. My old hood is removed by the second installer in May. Third installer came today. I am waiting for 4th installer. PLEASE DON'T use LOWES INSTALATION. Waste of TIME and MONEY. Recommend to find your own contractor. Will update later.

Well worth the price.

We installed ours with a vent to the outside. Installation was pretty straightforward and easy. Sleek outlook matches our Samsung appliances. Buttons easy to access. Work lights are bright and effective. Low fan is quite quiet. We're pleased. Even medium is on the quiet side. High is louder but we have yet to need it and feel we only will if, for some emergent reason, we need to clear the room of smoke or odors. Pretty sure it will suffice.

WOW, this works so good that you can smell the food outside when I'm cooking. We had it on high and lit a candle and you could see the smoke being pulled thru the hood. It has 3 different speeds and its not very loud. Highly recommend this item.

Don’t Order From Them!

I ordered a range hood from them, and received it missing crucial parts. Phone calls to “customer service” consisted of a rep telling us repeatedly to stay on the line over and over again; but otherwise proved a fruitless effort. Calls to the originating store only resulted in a referral to call “customer service”. After a call to the manufacturer, and spending another $200 to purchase the missing parts, I may have a usable system. Lesson learned - there is a reason Sears is going the way of the dinosaur, and I will never, ever buy anything from them again.

This is a nice beautiful and classy range hood that’s very efficient so far! We’ve never owned one before but have not been disappointed at all and have added it to our new kitchen so we’re excited to put it to good use.

I managed to snag this hood at a discount. It is exactly what we were looking for in our new kitchen. Only issue I have is the pipe cover is really short and an extension is fairly expensive. As for the item itself it works perfect.

Looks Good and Runs Quiet

Damaged Didn't notice upon delivery

Like the title says. I was not home when delivered had my mom and daughter check for damage. They didn't notice two big scratches on front of hood. I'm stuck with it now.

It is very difficult to write a review on a product that is not yet installed. And not been used...

It is very difficult to write a review on a product that is not yet installed. And not been used. However I keep getting this request and do not know when my renovation is going to be done. So here is all I have to say at this point. It looks good. It will fit where it is to go. Having not used it , it is not even out of the box....so I do not know what features it has, Whether I will like it or not, I have had it about a week....the stove has not been delivered yet. I have no expectations except for it to work and that is too soon to tell too.
