Great quality super easy set up

The arms being able to move down has been such a great help for my family member.

It is perfect for me, just a little heavy. It would be perfect if it had wheels or a way to add some so the chair could be easily moved.

Toilet should be recalled.

Upon arrival of the toilet I immediately put it back together. Peg on one leg was not going all way into extensions, thus causing potentially dangerous situation. Intiated refund, got it within min. My husband later checked what caused it and found pegs were different sizes (look at the photo). This toilet should be recalled due to potential injuries especialy for elderly.

The commode was purchased for an elderly stroke victim.

The portable toilet was very easy to set up.

Good choice

The commode is built well, not too bulky. I like the different levels and drop arm is handy. It was fairly easy to put together. I’m a widow so did this by myself, only problem no instructions came in box or were left out. I had a little trouble deciding which way the bucket was supposed to sit in commode but seems to work either way. Another plus the price was in the middle range not too cheap or too expensive. I searched a while before deciding on this particular portable commode, never used one before so I think it was a good choice. I would recommend it.

Accomidating Commode.

Sturdy, well built, yet light weight. Adjustable height makes for easy access. Large recepticle is easily removed for emptying and cleaning.

Faulty product

There should be a ring to hold the bucket sleeve in place, but there was only a rear portion of the ring. Installing the sleeve was impossible due to the lack of the ring portion in the front. The sleeve just simply fell out. Plus the bucket provided was far too large to fit into the bucket sleeve. Also, commodes should never be white.
