product came broken and defective...I was extremely unhappy...

As stated above, the bench was too long for me to remove the bucket without having to completely lift it and set it aside .

I appreciate value and the quality of the commode.

I also appreciate the Walmart person who helped me obtain delivery quicker. We need this commode, hubby is home from Long Term Care, home to stay, and I truly thank you all for helping to make this transition go so smoothly.

Dissatisfied with the bucket

Love the heavy built chair very easy to set up but the bucket that slides under needed shaped different or bigger and tighter fit on the bucket ! pee all over the floor most of the time underneath! Have added a bucket under the bucket so have to clean 2 buckets ! If that was fixed I’d of gave a 10

We like the adjustable legs and drop arms. We also like how wide the seat is. We just started using it last week because we had to make a place for it. It was easy to assemble and was received undamaged and in a timely manner.

Good product/VERY POORLY PACKAGED

No problem at all with the product itself and will continue to purchase this item as it needs to be replaced. The box arrived with several massive holes and not wrapped in plastic. The box had obviously gotten wet and bled onto the seat and back which created rust looking patches in those areas which I have been unable to remove. Looks like it came straight from the dump.
