I ordered this 16-piece dinnerware set. Instead, Wayfair shipped me a box of 16 pasta bowls (which I'm now responsible for returning otherwise I'm charged). Tried initiating a return with the AI chat bots who were barely coherent and borderline rude. Then spent more time on the phone with customer service. Eventually, they sent out the new order. Guess what? I got the dinnerware set...in the wrong color and one of the dinner plates is broken.
