Excellent pan for pizza!
I like Doughmakers cookie sheets, so I thought this would be good and last for years.
Pizza pan arrived as promised and will assist me in having a pizza party with my friends and relatives.
There is nothing wrong with the pan but I thought...
There is nothing wrong with the pan but I thought it was restaurant style and can handle much higher heart than it does. I don't know if that information was in the description or not. I haven't used it yet because the pizza is best cooked at 450 or higher and this pan can't handle that temp.
