Product was terrific, but cancelled order (or returned), as better price found elsewhere.
It’s beautiful! Very heavy and sturdy. Husband didn’t have trouble installing it. We both really like it and are pleased with the quality. Only reason it’s in the far corner is due to pipes in the floor that could not be moved.

Looks great in our bathroom remodel. This thing is heavy, seems good quality. Requires you to buy the "rough" part that goes into the ground (not included). Lots of people knock on Moen but I stick with it knowing I can always get service and parts.
High quality, versatile style, fills tub fast, and (according to my my plumber) easy to install. The design is slim enough to be able to place it behind or next to the tub, but not look small. Very sleek! Really happy with the purchase.

Its so beautiful, love the deep matte black of this faucet.
Hand held shower leaking
We are having the same problem with the handheld shower head as have been reported by others. The valve doesn't shut off completely reliably and the shower head often leaks when the tub is filling.

I absolutely can’t wait to have this tub filler installed for my Master Bath renovation. It is gorgeous!!!! I will follow up on my review after completion. I bought the brushed nickel and it looks like a sculpted piece for the ultra elite. I got the matching sink faucet too. Just beautiful!

Beautiful faucet
This tub filler is absolutely beautiful. I ordered chrome, and it is very shiny. I am returning it for the brushed nickel finish. It is well made and heavy. This tub filler is well worth the money. I can't wait to have it installed in my new bathroom.
Poor Communication of Product
I ordered this and immediately tried to cancel because it was the wrong model I had originally searched for. It also did not offer/sell the needed floor mount needed for installation. I received an email that said it was being processed and it was too late to cancel.
