Traditional Scroll-style chandelier

This is the closest fixture I could find to my old chandelier. The old one was black wrought iron all in one piece and I do miss it. This is a good substitute, I wish it had been available in black. It looks nice with my antique furniture. It was very hard to find this style.

Pretty in the picture but came packed in numerous pieces in the box, took 2 people an hour to put together. The chain links did not have easy open twist closing, so pliers had to be used to open them up wide enough to attach to the light which made scratches. Instructions were confusing, not enough illustrations. Could not make connection to electrical box in ceiling, because the screws included were different size to the holes in the box. We still haven’t gotten it up yet. We’ll give it another try, but might be forced to return it. PS We have successfully hung many light fixtures and ceiling fans before, so we are experienced.

Perfect addition!

I ordered this in replacement to another lighting fixture for my living room, and so glad I gave it a chance! I truly love starring at it and at its churchy-style shadow that it portrays on my wall. It matched perfectly the furniture style.

parts missing from box

fixture came kate, pieces are missing. what a disappointment. having an open house this weekend. the beautiful fixture in photo was going to be my showpiece. fixture looks ridiculous.

This chandelier looks awesome in my dining area. I wanted to get rid of the existing brass fixture and this brushed nickel now matches the ceiling fan close by. It took about an hour to put together and hang. It was too much of a project for a single older woman to tackle, but luckily I know a handy man who finished the task for me. The light it gives off is just right...no glare.

Showstopper Chandelier

I absolutely adore this chandelier. I purchased it for one of the bedrooms in my home. I was getting ready to sell the house and wanted something that would really highlight the room. During the open house, everyone commented how beautiful it was. It is a true brushed nickel. I purchased the five light version which was perfect for the size of the room. There is also a 9 light version if you have high ceilings. I would recommend this chandelier to anyone that wants to add some elegance to their home.

I love the brushed nickel. So many fixtures that you see actually look like Crome, and are too shiny. The elegant look of this chandelier blends perfectly with our other fixtures which are geometric. We had it put on a dimmer switch which gives it a plus. Excited about my purchase!

Exceptional Chandelier!

I did not think I could ever be in love with lighting, however, after this Kichler Chandelier, I am! It was really easy to put together, even though when I saw the contents I got a little nervous. It adds beauty and warmth to my room even though I used mine in an unconventional way! I hung mine! I like to find other ways to use items not just the way they are always pictured! I was thinking of adding glass beads to this but after I saw how beautiful it actually is, I thought I might take away from it's beauty! I am in the hospital now so I cannot upload photos at this time but as soon as I get home I will take photos and upload them so other people can see how easy it is to add a plug and use it in other ways besides hanging it from the ceiling! Go ahead and purchase this item, you will not be sorry! The shipping was quick and I have not one issue with this beautiful chandelier! One more thing, I have had other chandeliers in the past but they do not compare to this one at all!

Simple Elegance

The Dover 5 Light Chandelier in a Brushed Nickel color is what I call simple elegance. It's not very fancy but has simple scrolls on the inside and top that give it it's appeal. The brushed nickel color is not flashy. It's just the right amount of shine. There are 5 lights so it's perfect for a small room of even a dining area. It's a very versatile piece.

Old World Beauty

The Kichler Dover 5 Light Chandelier comes in 2 colors, Brushed Nickel and Tannery Bronze. We chose the Tannery Bronze because has an Old Word updated modern look. The Bronze color is gorgeous. It has 5 lights and a beautiful scroll type detail to it. It's not a huge chandelier so it will fit in most areas.

Different price?

Took a chandelier back to our local lowes. I had the lighting centre order this one for us but it came up the regular price on there computer. I showed the sale price at 140.00. They explained it was an online price not theirs. After I argued with them the manager was nice and gave me the on line price. Lowes need to get this together and not put our local store and I in this predicament. By the way the chandelier Is beautiful

This is my second purchase of this chandelier. I bought my first one and when I put my home up for sale the new buyers loved it and wanted it included. When I moved into my new home I purchased another because it is just beautiful and classic. I added a 36" strand of crystals and draped it through the arms for an added sparkle. Kichler makes additional coordinating products to go with this also. This was a good value too!

This is both beautiful and well made. Love the finish. Very happy. Goes very well with my contemporary dining room, but not so over the top modern where it wouldn't go with a more traditional set. Really pops against a dark color wall because of the light metal and white "candles." We will probably get a dimmer switch for the wall so we can control the amount of light.

Beautiful light fixture.

I am remodeling my kitchen in stages. The first thing I had to do was improve the lighting. I found this Kichler chandelier and it totally defines the look I want for the completed design. It has a beautiful warm bronze finish and is perfect. I added 4 can lights for task lighting and two coordinating pendants over the breakfast bar. I will be painting and glazing the cabinets in white and completing the kitchen with granite counters. I am thrilled with the light fixtures. The associates at Build.com advised me and were a terrific help.

Beautiful in its simplicity

This chandelier is hanging in my dining room. Its clean lines and lovely curves attracted me. I knew this design would complement my dining room, and it looks even better in person. The 9 clear candelabra bulbs light the entire room beautifully. This fixture met all of my requirements - a lot of light, easy to change a bulb, contemporary yet traditional design.
