Already burned out after 2weeks under a covered porch

good at body level - at extreme cold level, it's better on their stand (and not the wall installation)

Had to return! Did not serve the purpose of being an outdoor heater.

This heater was all we needed for a 10 x 10 outdoor space. Very easy to install and the remote was a great accessory.

Great heater

Great product for shop - needed 2 for my 3 car garage/Detail Shop when it gets 40 degrees outside but they work well.

It came with a broken cord and was missing the rack. I purchased two and they didn’t arrive with the same accessories, so I was afraid to order the 3rd one I needed. When called in was told to send EVERYTHING back to get missing parts. I needed for heat so that wasn’t an option. How come couldn’t just send me a rack which was supposed to be included with order, so I’m running it without recommended rack

The heater might work for very small areas or indoors, but outdoors you can only feel warmth about 4 feet away.

This little electric heater is small but mighty. Keeps me warm as far as 15 feet away. It's great price for 5200 BTU heater. Just plug it right into your house 110 outlet. It has a safety mechanism in case the heater falls down from the free stand.

This heater is everything that I needed to warm a shed that housed my motorcycles. It has a lot of installation options and the instructions are adequate. Overall I’m pleased with it and would buy again if necessary.

Way over priced does not heat. Only heat is from the bulb no fan to blow. I’ve had 30$ heaters work better and that’s what I went back too. No STARS

NOT great for outdoor use

We ended up returning these because they did nothing for our outdoor space. Unless you have some sort of enclosed space, these don't emit enough heat to make a big difference. We saw some similar (maybe the same) in a commercial setting where they had plastic curtains "enclosing" thier outdoor space, and it was barely tolerable to hang out there, but certainly not warm & cozy. I would only recommend these for a garage or other closed off workspace with at least 3 walls, but anything less NO!

fast heat

heats up very fast, I love that it has multiple timers, helps me gauge how much work I have been doing!

Dr too weak !

Dr Infrared came w/nice simple instructions. Install was a breeze. Put two up on my outdoor patio side by side. Looked great but didn’t feel so great. The heaters are weak. Not enough heat coming out of them on the highest setting. Not even from 4 ft above. In matter of fact, I had to set up my propane heaters back out. Save the cash. Invest into something else. Something w/a fan for example. Hope this helps.

It says for indoor outdoor use but it is really an outdoor heater I would not recommend this heater for indoor use. It gets everything around it super hot to the touch I didn’t use it inside saved it for my patio for chilly nights

It's a great heater, my only complaint is the length of the electrical cord. If you follow the install and safety instructions, it's impossible to install unless you electrical outlet is 3ft-4ft off the ground. Luckily it worked for my garage, but I would not reach for my patio.
