Drawer slides worked great, installed easily, and included all hardware, including rear mounts for face frame installation.

Not as advertised

These drawer slides are being soft close but after finally receiving them, late I might add, I discovered that they are not soft close at all. I ended up waiting 6 weeks to be disappointed.

Advertised as full extension, but they are not full extension

Easy to install. Fit drawer as described on website. Nice finish and packaging

The specifications on the Home Depot website indicate these guides are Full Extension. After installation, determined they are only 3/4 extension, as verified on the manufacturer's website. Had to de-install and start over.

I ordered full extension drawer guides as advertised on the website and was sent 3/4 extension guides instead

Perfect for replacement

The glides are made of lightweight metal and tend to give when drawer has much weight on it. It will come out of the tracks.

I found the description of the mounting to be vague....

I found the description of the mounting to be vague. I was looking for a bottom mount for the cabinet opening part of the assembly- instead it is a bottom mount of the drawer part.

Misleading

These are well made, good products once you figure out how to install them (if you don't install these for a living). I'm an engineer.

Bottom/Side Mount - Not a Bottom Center Mount

Trying to replace slide on a 30-year old drawer which has a bottom center mount. Despite website description, the product name is European Bottom/Side Mount Drawer Slide. The instructions require that 1) 1/2" clearance on both the left and right sides of drawer, and 2) drawer height is at least 3/4" less than cabinet opening. My drawer has only 1/8" clearance on the left and right sides. Since these are side mounts, this hardware is not appropriate. Love the sturdiness of the hardware - wish it would have worked.
